The Montana Kaimin or an authorized representative must receive all advertisements ready for publication by 1:00 pm 2 business days prior to insertion. Ads received after the 1:00 pm deadline is subject to a late fee of $15.00 per ad. No ads will be accepted after 1:00 pm the day before publication. The Montana Kaimin or an authorized representative must receive all ads requiring production for publication by 1:00 pm 4 business days prior to insertion. Ads received after the 1:00 pm deadline is subject to a late fee of $30.00 per ad. No ads will be accepted after 1:00 pm 2 business days prior to publication. Cancellation of any advertisement after 1:00 pm the business day before insertion is subject to a fee of 50% of the cost of the ad plus the full cost of any and all late fees incurred. There is NO guaranteed page placement. We do NOT take page requests. We only accept files electronically. We operate using Mac computers and gladly accept the following file types electronically:.psd,.ai,.indd,.jpg,.pdf,.tiff,.eps Features: Sports - Everyday Arts +Culture - Wednesdays Fridays Montana Kaimin Policy Liability - The advertisers and/or advertising agency assumes all liability for ads published (including art, illustrations, text, photos, etc.) and agrees to assume all responsibility for any and all claims resulting from said advertisement against the Montana Kaimin, its employees and affiliates. Billing and Payment ALL POLITICAL ADS MUST BE COLLECTED BEFORE THE AD CAN RUN IN THE MONTANA KAIMIN. Methods of payments are cash, check, Discover, Visa or Master Card. At the discretion of the Office Manager, billing can be done on a monthly basis. All accounts are due and payable upon receipt of the invoice. Make- Good Policy - The Montana Kaimin is liable for errors and omissions only if notified within 14 days after publication and only to the extent that the error had on the entire ad. Montana Kaimin Liability shall not exceed the cost of the advertisement in which the error occurred and no responsibility is assumed for more than one insertion. Montana Kaimin is not responsible for errors made by the advertiser. Content - The Montana Kaimin reserves the right to edit or eliminate any advertising copy that does not comply with the policies and ethics of the newspaper. Refunds - No cash refunds. Credit may be extended at the discretion of the Business Manager. All credit must be used during the publication year incurred. 5
