5 Standard Prcess 1. Cmplete a Unified Applicatin via the Ohi Business Gateway prtal bg.hi.gv MBAC assistance is available 2. Submit required dcuments based n business entity structure 3. Attend in-persn r phne interview Additinal dcuments may be reviewed at the interview 4. State Equal Emplyment Opprtunity Crdinatr (State EEO Crdinatr) makes certificatin determinatin 5. 6 Fast Track Prcess Fast Track prcess is available, upn request frm a Minrity Business Assistance Center (MBAC), when an applicant has a pending cntract award, lan r bnd, where certificatin is a requirement 1. MBAC and applicant cmplete a Unified Applicatin via the Ohi Business Gateway prtal 2. MBAC reviews gathered dcumentatin with applicant Slide 5
