2 Intrductin Enhanced Enterprise Mbility Assessment is a Prfessinal Services engagement t: Help custmers gather and summarize their key business and peratinal data regarding their Mbility envirnment; Asses custmer's current requirements and capabilities in the Mbility area, and t priritize ptential target areas f imprvement; Wrk with custmer t deliver insightful recmmendatins n crprate plicies, functinality implementatin and a plan t address key areas f pprtunities; Better understand current Ttal cst f Mbility (TCM) and develp in partnership with custmer s high-level mbility radmap; Institute a mbility prgram that will cver the entire lifecycle f devices; Asses verall mbility supprt infrastructure and best practices t imprve it; and Share industry trends, cmpetitive landscape, typical challenges and hw thers are addressing similar challenges alng with prviding infrmatin n hw t address them.
