2 MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT On behalf of the Board of Directors and almost 1,700 members of the International Marine Animal Trainers Association (IMATA), we are excited to invite you to our 43rd annual conference 27 September 2 October 2015 on Paradise Island, Nassau, in the Bahamas! Our host for this conference is Dolphin Cay at the amazing Atlantis Resort. Dolphin Cay is an extraordinary environment showcased on 14 acres with almost seven million gallons of crystal clear seawater. It is one of the largest and most sophisticated marine habitats and animal rescuerehabilitation facilities in the world. We anticipate an exceptional turnout for this conference, it is the first time the IMATA conference will be held at this resort. FEATURED EVENTS Sponsorship: Sponsor contributes to one of the following events at the conference either individually or with another sponsor. Benefits and cost of sponsorship vary per event. A dedicated banner displaying the company name(s) and logo(s) will be posted at the event as well as on stage for recognition during the event. This cocktail event is the final hours of mingling and reminiscing about the week s conference. IMATA Awards Banquet is a prestigious event held the on Friday, 2 October. All conference attendees gather to celebrate and recognize the events of the week, present awards and say their goodbyes to another great year. Between Presentations there are coffee breaks during which all attendees gather for 15 minutes in the exhibit hall. Reserve a front table of eight, in which you can invite eight guests of your choice to dine with during the Banquet.

5 SPECIALIZED SPONSORSHIPS TRANSLATIONS Sponsor(s) will provide the appropriate translators and translation equipment needed for the week of the conference. There will be instantaneous translations in multiple languages for English and Spanish. This allows presenters and the audience to use any of these two languages. Additional languages may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Sponsorship: US $30,000 cash or in-kind donation requested, a minimum contribution of US $15,000. Benefits: Recognized as Official Translation Service Provider in all conference publications and digital advertising. Sponsor(s) will be entitled to all diamond level benefits described on page 7, as well as recognition during the translation service. CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS The conference Proceedings is the conference program that is given to all conference attendees. Over 800 will be distributed electronically on a USB and printed conference schedule in gift bags and throughout the week. The Sponsor provides the cash contribution to cover the costs of production and printing of the conference Proceedings. Sponsorship: US $5,000 cash. Benefits: Recognized as Proceedings Sponsor in all conference publications and digital advertising. The Sponsor will be entitled to a full page colored ad plus all platinum level benefits described on page 7. WEBSITE Sponsors support the conference webpage that they sponsor through the designated contribution amount. There is one available sponsorship for each page. The conference website averages over 5,000 hits per day, 4,380 visitors a month, and receives over a million hits from our international membership a year. Being viewed on the IMATA website can lead to greater exposure. Sponsorship: US $10,000 cash. Benefits: Logo will be displayed on the conference each page website. Recognized as a Website Sponsor in all conference publications and digital advertising. Sponsor(s) will also be entitled to all benefits equal to the value of the sponsorship described in the benefit levels shown on page 7. GIFT Gift sponsorships are a popular opportunity for sponsors that would like to contribute at a lesser value than what is available above and advertise themselves worldwide. A gift sponsor may choose the item they wish to sponsor. All gifts will be distributed at registration in all IMATA conference attendees registration gift bags. If an item you wish to sponsor is not listed below, please contact Christine Scullion. Listed items are ready for production and only need a contribution and the logo of the sponsor. Sponsorship: Price varies with the item you choose. Benefits: Advertising through the item you sponsor and sponsorship level benefits equal to the value you sponsor. Allowances: To provide products with logos is considered a gift to attendees of the conference. Each Product will contain the sponsor s logo and the IMATA logo. 9 DIGITAL EXHIBITORS FOR IMATA CONFERENCE 2015 We will be providing sponsors and vendors an opportunity to digitally display your products and services directly into the hall during coffee breaks. This new and innovative product showcase has many benefits. The greatest benefit is that it allows you to travel lightly, curtailing travel with large displays, goods, or articles- you bring only giveaways! We will provide the audio video means for display and you will provide the content prior to arrival. See the conference schedule and floor map in your registration packet for where these displays will be placed throughout the conference hall. Information displayed on IMATA conference website DIGITAL EXHIBITING SHOWTIMES AND CONDITIONS Total hours of digital exposure to IMATA members will be assigned to displays prior to the conference. Exhibit time schedule includes assigned showings during presentation times, coffee breaks, and for one (1) hour before and after presentations on the day of presentations. No representative is needed to man the display unless you prefer to accompany your video. Conditions: Provide and bring a JPG (920 pixels x 1080 pixels) or video 1080 full HD MPEG2, 4 H.264 or MP3 of a 30 seconds or 60 seconds of either a final static image or video, based on the specs above. You must submit your company information that you want presented by 1 September for approval. 11 TERMS AND CONDITIONS I, as an individual and/or company understand the following terms and conditions that are stated in this form. I understand that the terms and conditions coexist with the exhibitor s agreement. I shall abide by these terms and conditions with the full understanding that IMATA has the right to revoke my participation in either the current or future events at any time if a breach of agreement occurs. IMATA PROVIDES: One Ad Kiosks for exhibiting. If you are sponsoring an event, a one (1) 183cm x 76cm table will be provided for exhibiting. DIGITAL DISPLAYS & SPONSORED EVENTS: Are assigned when applications are received. IMATA will assign displays and sponsored events on a first-come basis. If sponsorship monies are less than those requesting the same event yet received prior to greater amount, the event may be awarded to the greater sponsorship amount, which is also dependent on the availability of events. MULTIPLE DISPLAYS: If ordered, they will NOT be located next to each other unless specified in your agreement to be located side by side. Please make a special note in the comments section, if you do not want your multiple tables next to each other. LIABILITY: You are solely responsible for all items and personnel at your display and/or sponsored event. It is agreed that IMATA and the Hotel are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury that may occur to the exhibitor/sponsor, the exhibitor/sponsor s employees, or the exhibitor/sponsor s property, from any cause whatsoever, prior to, during and subsequent to the period covered by this agreement. It is advisable that you do not leave any items of value unattended at any time at your table and/or designated area. DISMANTLING: Breakdown and/or removing your items prior to the end of the last presentation that is given that day must be approved by the sponsorship committee chair: Christine Scullion before the start of the conference. There will be no rebate to dismantling your table early or not participating all the days given to show. DAMAGE: No permanent attachments to any area surrounding, on or in your exhibit area are to be made. Damage to the table or property surrounding and within, will be fully covered by the exhibitor. EXHIBITOR SALES: No product sales are to be made at your table or during the conference. You may hand out sales forms and solicit future business. However, absolutely no sales are to take place during the IMATA conference. SAMPLES, PARAPHERNALIA, & MARKETING MATERIALS: All such items are to be distributed at your designated assigned areas only. If sponsoring an event, these items can only be distributed during your event and in the location it is taking place. If you have questions concerning the items and location that you would like to distribute, please contact Christine Scullion at sponsorship@imata.org or EXHIBITORS: It is understood and agreed that the sponsor company and all company representatives/employees at the IMATA conference shall conduct business in a professional manner. Under no circumstances shall a company or their representatives/employees harass another company, representatives/ employees of that company, exhibitors, conference attendees, and/or any persons or personnel at the IMATA conference. Under no circumstances shall a company or their representatives/employees take or enter into another exhibitor s area, take other exhibitors/sponsors distribution materials, and/or enter an area without proper ID. Such inappropriate conduct will be recognized as a breach of this agreement and the individuals and company will be asked to vacate the premises immediately, removed from the conference, will not be refunded any monies and may be barred from exhibiting/sponsoring in future IMATA Events.
