3 Austin Center is President of Acuity Merchant Services LLC taking control of the company in Since then Center has expanded the business across the United States and has significantly increased the merchant portfolio. He is a graduate of the College of Charleston with a bachelor of arts degree. Cheryl brings a decade of operational experience in the payment business serving the customers of Payment Alliance International, Payment Transaction Solutions LP and People Bank, Tupelo, MS. Mrs. Cockrell is a graduate of the University of Mississippi. Guest Speakers Darrin Wall is the Vice President of Sales at Acuity Merchant Services, responsible for management of sales agents and account maintenance. Darrin has a technical background having three years of technology laboratory experience. Darrin graduated from the University of Tennessee- Chattanooga with a degree in Business Management. NCR Susan Steele holds the position of Director of Business Development. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. In her role of Director of Business Development she works with Financial Service companies or leagues, educating them on Digital Insight and the trends in the mobile and digital market place. Prior to coming back to DI she had recently been at Diebold, where she held the position of Portfolio Solution Executive. In this role at Diebold she leveraged her 20 years of experience in the FI sector to identify trends, both business and technology, and create strategies and solutions for helping FIs meet their end goals and objectives. SHAZAM Patrick Dix manages the SHAZAM Network s public relations efforts, where he serves as the main company spokesman. He uses his expertise to lead all social media channels, write articles for trade associations, create press releases for the Network and provide media training to financial institutions. Dix joined the SHAZAM Network in 2015, bringing with him 20 years of public relations and writing experience. Prior to joining SHAZAM, he had a 25-year career as a broadcast journalist. For the last 16 years, Dix served as the senior news anchor on the No. 1 rated network morning newscast in Des Moines, Iowa. He has been recognized for outstanding reporting with awards from The Society of Professional Journalists, The William Randolph Hearst Foundation and the Midwest Broadcast News Association. Brian Townley Brian Townley is a leadership author and speaker who started his career in the banking industry in He served as the Director of Human Resources, Professional Development and Marketing for The National Banks of Central Texas where he was employed for more than 25 years. By leading a successful effort to improve operational efficiency, the bank experienced extraordinary growth as a result of Brian s innovative practices, including an increase of approximately 400% in sales. Brian s energy and passion for helping others determine their purpose is contagious and convincing. His expertise is based on real world experience where he has implemented innovative leadership strategies, driving results, building positive morale and insisting on accountability. In 2005, he expanded his career internationally as an educator, exploring the facets of leadership and the core characteristics of a leader. His extensive traveling allows him to share his insights on leadership development as a top-rated keynote speaker and teacher at conferences and events around the world. While serving on numerous professional development advisory boards, Brian has been recognized with various distinguished awards.
