TRANSPORTATION Transportation to and from main conference venues is provided free-of-charge to registered delegates by Blue Sky Limos Bus Service. This service is available only from (and returning to) the main entrance of the Coast Edmonton Plaza Hotel located at Street downtown. NOTE: Don t miss the bus! The conference bus will maintain a strict departure schedule, leaving promptly on time from each venue as noted below. Anyone who misses the bus will be required to arrange, and pay for, their own transportation. 3 3 GRANT MACEWAN COLLEGE Saturday, March 7 Grant MacEwan College - Session Options All conference delegates must pre-register for the MacEwan sessions they wish to attend. Step 1. Select one of the six Session Options detailed below. Step 2. Register right away. Session Option registration is first come, first served. NOTE: There is room for only 30 delegates per Session Option. Once an option is full, delegates will be assigned another option by the conference coordinator. NOTE: Buses traveling between the college s various campus locations will depart promptly at the times indicated below. These buses will not wait for late delegates.
