Speck and gorgonzola tossed with honey and nuts served on a crispy green salad. Grilled salmon strips served on green salad finished with herb oil and cherry tomatoes. Wrapped melon strips with parma han served on tossed salad and vinaigrette. Risotto s Traditional italian risotto cooked with bacon and spinach simmered in a creamy gorgonzola sauce. Arborio rice cooked in a mixture of seafood served with a king prawn. Porcini, wild and tartufo mushrooms cooked with risotto, grana cheese and cream.

4 Pasta Starter Main Course Fresh lingu8ine cooked in a mixture of seafood served with king prawn and mussels. Baked fresh pasta stuffed with gammon and grana cheese. Pasta cooked with porcini, mascarpone, a dash of cream served with parmesan shavings. Pasta cooked with maltese sausage, sundried tomatoes and cheeselets cooked in a creamy tomato sauce. A sauce based on chicken, green peppers, bacon, mushrooms, cream and curry. Stuffed pasta with pumpkin served with pumpkin puree and parmesan shavings. Spaghetti cooked in grandma s recipe of rabbit stew. Pasta cooked in smoked salmon, a dash of vodka, cream and topped with red caviar. Tortelloni cooked with nuts, white wine, gorgonzola and a dash of cream.

5 Meat Dishes 300grams of prime fillet of beef served with optional sauces: Gorgonzola, Mushrooms, Pepper or Tartufo. Wrapped fillet with bacon with infusion of both flavours served with a creamy balsamic sauce. Fillet tossed with basil pesto and tomatoes served with mozzarella di bufala and rocket leaves. Pork fillet cooked with pears, cinnamon and port wine, dressed with a srizzle of honey. Chicken stuffed with bacon, spjnach and blue cheese cooked in cream and cherry tomatoes. Served with optional sauces; lemon, mushroom or marsala. 300grams of Angus Ribeye char grilled served with rocket leaves and parmesan shavings.

6 Fish Dishes Grilled swordfish served with caponata sauce. Grilled salmon or panfried cooked in shrimp sauce. Baked grouper fillets cooked in white wine, basil and cherry tomatoes. 5 giant prawns cooked in garlic and white wine served on a bed of traditional Italian risotto. A mixture of 2 types of fish served with a king prawn. A mixture of 3 types of fish served with a king prawn, grilled squids and prawn sauce. Squids, 2 king prawns, octopus, clams, cooked in cherry tomatoes, mussels and white wine. Fresh fish on display, ask waiter for assistance, price by weight

7 Traditional Corner A sauce based on carrots, peas and potatoes cooked in traditional recipe. Rabbit cooked in garlic, onions and balsamic vinegar, simmered in wine. Beef fillet cooked in maltese sausage, sundried tomatoes, tomatoes, tomato sauce and served with goat cheese. Rolled beef steaks with minced meat, boiled eggs, gammon and cooked in carrots and tomatoe sauce. Veal Steaks stuffed with ricotta cheese, maltese sausage and fennel cooked in cherry tomatoes and wine. Squids cooked in black olives, potatoes, peas and simmered in tomato puree.
