Once you have decided Union Square is the place for you, simply complete our booking forms (either in Exchange Residential s offices or via our online booking form) and return them along with your nonrefundable holding deposit of 300 with a UK based guarantor and 500 without a UK based guarantor. Your payment options are as follows: Monthly in advance with UK based guarantor 3 equal instalments with UK based guarantor 2 equal instalments Single payment Once we have received the completed booking form from you, you will be forwarded your legally binding Tenancy Agreement and your room will be reserved. 7
