Lodgikol works with long established parks and we have structured the business model to give the most safety to our investors. At the beginning of each financial year the following years ROI monies are paid into nominee accounts. How is my tax free? Because you are investing in a Furnished Holiday Let you are able to offset 90% of the value against future income under you Annual Investment Allowance. So if you invest 200k into a holiday lodge the first 180k of income is tax free. Why do you only offer a three year ROI term?
