In case of extra consumption, the student will be charged the supplement. At the end of the renting period, the electric meters will be checked to see whether there is an extra charge or not.

5 Other services: The common rooms are cleaned regularly but each student must clean his/her own room, as well as dishes after use. All common rooms should be kept tidy. Once a week, there should be a common meal organized. Remarks: 1) Once you sign the contract, you are obligated to pay the first month s rent 2) At your arrival and departure, a scrupulous check-in and check-out of the room will be organized 3) When the student arrives, he/she will receive only one key which opens the front door and his/her bedroom door. If a student loses their key they will be charged 280 because all of the locks in the apartment will have to be replaced.
