FOR YOUR 2016 CHRISTMAS CELEBRATIONS The hotel is situated in the tranquil and picturesque village of Newmillerdam, Wakefield and is conveniently located just a few miles from J39 off the M1, in close proximity to the major cities of Leeds and Sheffield. The hotel boasts 54 en-suite bedrooms, which include standard rooms, executive rooms and luxury suites. We know how to party in style. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable; in the event of a reduction of numbers in your party, the deposit for the guests not attending is lost and cannot be used against the final payment of the remainder of your guests. Any cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event date, notice must be given in order to receive any refunds entitled to. No alcohol or any beverage of any kind may be brought into the hotel by guests. You will be liable for the cost of any repairs carried out as a result of any damage caused to any part of the hotel premises by the negligence wilful act/default of any person in your party. The hotel cannot be held responsible for damage to or loss of any party s property, however caused.
