Starters Homemade winter broth with diced winter vegetables and pearl barley, topped with oven roasted thyme croutons Melon cocktail bound with strawberry coulis and crème de cassis Thai style fish cakes on an oriental spiced salad with sweet chilli dipping sauce Main Courses Turkey paupiette with Cumberland sausage meat, cranberry and apricot stuffing, wrapped in bacon with a rich wine jus Lemon sole fillet rolled with prawn and crabmeat with a lemon Béarnaise sauce Half a stuffed butternut squash loaded with cannellini beans, peppers, tomatoes and mozzarella, topped and roasted with a pumpkin and sunflower seed crust. 6 Booking Form Booking Procedure 1. Telephone ext 1 for availabilty and bookings. 2. Book your provisional date. 3. Booking fees must be recieved within 14 days of provisional booking. 10 per person All inclusive Christmas dinner and disco 5.00 per person Christmas lunch 5.00 per adult Santa Sunday lunch (children are not required to pay a booking fee) per person New Years Eve 4. A confirmation will be sent out upon receipt of a booking fee informing you when the full balance will need to be settled days prior to the date of the event you will receive an invoice for the full balance. 6. Once the balance has been received, full details of the event will be forwarded to you. 7.
