In this information pack you will find everything to make the organisation of your party as simple as possible: To book your evening: 1. With the booking enquiry form completed send a deposit of per person to secure your reservation, as we work on a first confirmed, first served basis. 2. Fill in the pre-order sheet with all of your guest s names and choices. Please don t forget to inform us of any food allergies or food intolerances in the right hand column. 3. Return the completed pre-order sheet back to us by 18 th December 4. We will call you 5 days prior to New Years Eve to confirm you re booking details. 5. Your booking is now confirmed sit back and relax. Don t forget we re here to make your celebration perfect and are able to put together something special for your guests. Pre-ordered champagne for midnight Choose from our range of sparkling wines and champagnes to usher in the New Year. Gift Vouchers a great gift that can be used at the recipients leisure. Pre ordered wine and water for your table - so that it s ready for you when you arrive. Your booking will not be confirmed until the full deposit has been received. Provided we receive notice of cancellation by 30 th December, a full refund of the deposit will be made. Please note if your final numbers change on the actual day of the booking, your party will be charged in full for the pre-ordered items which will be served. In this instance a full refund of the deposit will still be made. Please be aware that we cannot account for severe weather conditions, wherever possible we will work with you to re-arrange your party should severe weather conditions prohibit you from keeping your reservation. However, if conditions are deemed reasonable and there is only a threat of severe weather, the cancellation policy will stand. Please note, the time of booking will be the time your meal will be ready. Therefore please ensure that all of your party turn up with plenty of time to get settled. Should you be late for your meal, it will be held for 15 minutes after the booking time, after this time period we reserve the right to re-sell the table & forfeit the deposit.
