1 VERFTET NY HELLESUND WEDDING 2015 Welcome to Ny-Hellesund beautiful nature, amazing food and southern ambience. The perfect setting for your wedding! The old out port Verftet Ny-Hellesund is a short boat ride from Høllen Brygge in Søgne. The former shipyard is converted into a guesthouse and restaurant. We offer menus made from local ingredients, unique surroundings and beautiful rooms decorated by artist Per Fronth. As newlyweds, you can choose between our two wedding menus made from seasonal ingredients. Our chefs will put their pride in beautiful, tasty and generous cuisine for your wedding. 2 The selected menu has to be for the entire company, but of course, we take allergies, vegetarians or others wants or needs into account. Menu 1 Spring & Summer SALMON Fresh marinated salmon with asparagus, apple and herb salad Contains: fish SHELLFISH Creamy seafood soup with crayfish mousse, fennel and dill oil Contains: shellfish, mollusks, fish, milk, celery, sulfite HALIBUT Baked halibut with cabbage, cauliflower puree and tomato concassée Contains: fish, milk VEAL Veal sirloin with glazed root vegetables, pickled onions and Madeira sauce Contains: sulfite BERRIES This summer's fresh berries with rhubarb, meringue and vanilla parfait Contains: milk, egg 3- course NOK 1395, 4- course NOK 1595,- 5- course NOK 1795,- For children under 12 years: NOK 695,-, includes soft drinks or freshly squeezed apple juice. You can choose between salmon, chicken or sausages, with ice cream for dessert. For guests who wishes nonalcoholic drinks, we reduce the price by 200, - NOK per meal and serve soft drinks, nonalcoholic beer and farm house apple juice. The price includes hire of the premises for 30 people or more, aperitif, one glass of wine for each dish or the possibility of replacing dessert wine with an added glass of wine for the main course, and coffee with dessert. The price also includes a buffet serving of coffee and cakes; you bring your favorite cakes, we take care of the rest, one avec per person, setting the tables as well as help to plan the table setting and schedule, and waiters.

4 Information We upgrade all wine packages and aperitif at request. We have a large wine cellar with plenty of choice. The restaurant seats 68 people. We have an additional 30 seats in our outside area if the weather allows. The guests seated outside will feel like a part of the party wherever they are seated, however wind and temperature will be crucial to whether they can be seated outside. If you wish to have additional space for a gift table and wedding cake, we have an additional room on the second floor Spanteplanet which is available for the price of 4500, - NOK for the entire day. Here your guests can relax both before and after dinner. Hire of the premises for groups under 30: Restaurant: 5000, - NOK / Additional room on the second floor 2000, - NOK Accommodation- 19 apartments and One Unique Bridal Suite We can accommodate up to 88 guests, and we use the uniquely renovated oil tank designed by renowned artist Per Fronth as a bridal suite. Many of our previous couples have chosen to celebrate from Friday until Sunday. If you are interested in a planned program for the entire weekend with accommodation and a simpler dinner for Friday night, please send us a noncommittal and we will send you a suggestion according to your wishes. All the apartments have fully equipped kitchens, as well as a TV, a DAB-radio with connection possibilities for own music, and WIFI connection. The apartments come with ready-made beds and cleaning of the apartments at departure is included in the price. Hanne Bentsen, daughter of the previous owner of the wharf, Jan Erik Bentsen, runs Verftet Apartments. She will guide you through the booking process and will help you and answer any questions you may have regarding the accommodation. 5 Transportation and other practical information Directions From Kristiansand: Drive westbound towards Mandal/Stavanger on E39. When you get to Søgne, take the left exit towards Tangvall and Høllen. Follow the signs to Høllen. From Stavanger: Take the E39 towards Kristiansand. When you get to Søgne, take the right exit towards Tangvall and Høllen. Follow the signs to Høllen. Bus Bus number 40 goes from Kristiansand to Høllen. Bus schedule can be found at Ferry from Høllen M/B Høllen has daily departures all year. Schedule for departures can be found at their website Taxi boat Søgne sjøtransport: Boat from Kjevik Airport/Kristiansand og Parking in Høllen From September 1. Parking is free at the parking lots on the pier in Høllen, the parking lot is situated on the lefthand side of the pier. Please do not use the parking lot in front of the shop; it is for the shops customers. Grocery store There is a small grocery store situated on the pier in Høllen, it is open every day from to To confirm your reservation we please ask you to pay a deposit of 7.500, - NOK, and to please fill out the confirmation form provided below. The reservation is binding as soon as we have received your deposit. We will send an invoice of 50% of the agreed menu price one month before the wedding. The amount will offset the final basis of your invoice.
