3 Civil Ceremonies Pemberley Suite The Pemberley suite is licenced for up to 90 guests. The room will be set with seating for all your guests and a red carpet will be laid down the centre of the aisle allowing that special formal entrance. An adjacent room is available for the registrars interview. The choice of music and decoration of the room is to your decision. Room hire ~ excludes registrar fee Garden Gazebo Our beautiful garden is magical all year round. The garden is a superb setting for photos but we have that extra touch for you being able to be married on the lawn. Seating is hired for the day and a red carpet laid down curtsey of ourselves unless you wish otherwise. The choice of music and decoration is to your decision. Hire ~ excludes registrar fee

10 Little Extras Setting up ~ you or your wedding suppliers may access the room from 7am on the morning of the wedding Wedding cake ~ we suggest that this is delivered to the hotel on the morning of the wedding. We can supply a square or round cake stand and knife free of charge Table plans ~ we require a copy of your table plan two weeks prior your special day. We ask that you deliver any other table plan on the morning of the wedding. We can supply an easel free of charge Resident DJ ~ our in house DJ cost If you choose to supply your own entertainment then a public liability certificate is requested. Ceremony music ~ we ask that you provide this on a CD. We require this a week before. Corkage ~ corkage fee of per bottle of wine, per bottle of sparkling Accommodation ~ when you book a wedding we automatically allocate you 20 bedrooms in the hotel for your guests. This includes the suite for you both on the night. Licence ~ Monday-Saturday bar closes at 11.30pm and music stops at midnight. Sunday bar closes at 10.30pm. Late licence ~ This is an extension of the licence for an extra hour and cost Candles ~ We allow for candles to be lit. Confetti ~ This can be used in our gardens.
