3 Congratulations We are delighted that you are considering celebrating your wedding day with us at Cricklade Hotel and Country Club. I am confident the experience, courtesy and friendliness of our team and, of course, our stunning location and excellent food and service will enhance your special day. We take pleasure in being a part of your day and therefore prefer to meet to discuss your personal requirements at a mutually agreed appointment. We will endeavour to tailor your package and will co-ordinate personally to ensure continuity and attention to detail through to the big day. The Chelworth Suite and private bar facility accommodates up to 120 guests for the Wedding Breakfast with room for 150 guests for the evening buffet and dancing. The suite overlooks a tranquil walled garden with an impressive stone gazebo for those special memorable photographs. We request a minimum of 70 guests (day and evening) in the Chelworth Suite. Smaller celebrations can be accommodated in our Doves Restaurant or Library although the celebrations would have to conclude by 6:00pm. The Bride & Groom are provided with a complimentary double room with a bottle of Champagne. (This is available to all couples holding their full Wedding Breakfast and Evening Reception Celebrations with us). Children We can accommodate children of the immediate family in some of our Courtyard rooms, although space is limited and we regret our leisure facilities are not suitable for children under 14. Menus & Prices We have suggested some popular tried and tested menus and drinks packages, however, nothing is carved in stone and we look forward to tailoring the catering to suit your taste.

5 Evening Wedding Package We are delighted to offer an inclusive package for your evening celebrations (this package is only available to wedding parties who have dined in the afternoon). Our package includes:- Your Personal choice from the Buffet Selector Private Bar Facility Room Hire Disco Evening Wedding Reception Buffet Buffet Selector Assorted sandwiches on white and wholemeal bread plus five items of your choice from the following: Civil Ceremonies Cricklade Hotel and Country Club is a licensed venue for civil ceremonies. We would be delighted to discuss having your complete day under one roof. Please find the procedures for booking your registration officer inside the back cover. We have several rooms licensed to hold civil ceremonies. These are:- The Library up to 40 guests The Calcutt Room up to 30 guests Deposits The Meadow Room up to 80 guests The Chelworth Suite up to 120 guests We require a non-refundable deposit of 400 to secure the booking. Your choice of menu, drinks package and other details can be discussed three months prior to the wedding. A further 40% of the estimated bill will be required two months prior to the wedding. Miscellaneous Further items may of course be added at an additional charge. We regret to inform you that fireworks are not permitted anywhere within the hotel grounds.
