4 Menu selection for coffee breaks Seminar breaks are important times to process what you have just learnt before you can resume working with renewed strength. We serve freshly brewed coffee and a selection of teas during every break. There is one coffee capsule per participant per break for your own nespresso machine; we can provide further capsules on request ( 1.80 per capsule). 6 Site plan Arrival support Parking space: For our guests arriving by car there is no short-term parking zone in the Paragonstraße, where you therefore can park free of charge. Additionally there is a public parking garage right next to the hotel ( Apcoa entrance street Guglgasse 11). There, please drive down to the level -1, where you will find a direct exit to our hotel. The parking fee for 24 hours is 5,00. Nearest metro station: The nearest metro stop is the stop Gasometer, which is reachable within a 2 minute walk. From there you can take the city-metro U3 which takes you to the city center ( Stephansplatz ) within 10 minutes. From the airport: 1) CAT (City Airport Train) The city airport train, connecting the airport Vienna and the central underground station Landstraße / Wien Mitte with a 15-minute journey, commutes every 30 minutes. Tickets can be bought in the city airport train itself, at both stations as well as via internet. ( From the underground stop Landstraße / Wien Mitte change to the underground line U3 (direction Simmering) which takes you directly to the underground stop Gasometer. Take the exit Gasometer and follow the street Guglgasse which is situated on the left side of the shopping mall. Turn left into the street Paragonstraße where you can find the hotel roomz Vienna on your right.

7 By car: 2) Taxi A taxi service at your disposal is located in front of the airport terminal. We would be glad to arrange a taxi service directly from the airport. The taxi driver will be at your service awaiting you at the terminal. If you would like to make a demand on such please let us know in advance by informing us about your flight number and arrival time. Coming from the south (A2): Drive down highway A2 until you reach highway A23 (Südosttangente), wherefrom you get to the exit St. Marx. Follow the signs to Gasometer City, drive down the street Guglgasse and take the street Paragonstraße straight to your left. You have direct access to the parking garage if you follow the street Guglgasse. Coming from the west (A1): 30 km from the city exit at the intersection Steinhäusl change to highway A21 (direction Hungary and Slovakia). From there you get to the highway A2. For further information please follow the instructions above. Coming from the north (S3): The express highway S3 (Weinviertler-Schnellstraße) takes you, passing by Stockerau, to highway A22 (Donauuferautobahn). Drive along the A22, change to highway A23 (Südosttangente) to the direction of Zentrum Budapest. Take the exit St. Marx. From there please follow the instructions above. Coming from the east (A4): Drive down the street and take the exit Simmeringer Haide. From there follow the direction signs to Gasometer City, drive down the street Guglgasse and take the street Paragonstraße straight to your left. By train: from the station Westbahnhof : Change to the underground station and take the underground line U3 (direction Simmering) which takes you directly to the underground stop Gasometer. Take the exit Gasometer onto the street Guglgasse which is situated on the left side of the shopping mall. Turn left into the street Paragonstraße where you can find the hotel roomz Vienna on your right. from the station Hauptbahnhof : Take the tramway line 18 in front of the station and get off at the stop Schlachthausgasse which is the terminal stop. There, change to the underground line U3 (direction Simmering) which takes you directly to the underground stop Gasometer. Take the exit Gasometer and follow the street Guglgasse which is situated on the left side of the shopping mal.turn left into the street Paragonstraße where you can find the hotel roomz Vienna on your right.

8 from the station Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof : Take tramway line D in front of the station and get off at the stop Volkstheater / Dr.-Karl-Renner-Ring. There, change to the underground line U3 (direction Simmering) which takes you directly to the underground stop Gasometer. 9 General Terms & Conditions for Meetings Rates The above mentioned rates include all taxes and are stated in Euro. Guaranteed number of participants The hotel requires for every function where food is being served a guaranteed number of participants, which has to be announced at least 3 working days prior to the event. This is a guaranteed minimum number, for which the organiser will be charged. Extended group numbers will be charged accordingly, depending on the number of extra participants attending. The minimum number for a buffet or a standing buffet is 20. Deposit To guarantee your booking we ask you to pay a deposit of 50% of the total turnover 4 weeks prior to your arrival. The deposit invoice will be sent to you with the booking confirmation via . In case of failing to transfer the agreed deposit we are forced to cancel the seminar room as well as the accommodation allocation. Furthermore we want to inform you that in case of a no show of a client all further booked nights are going to be cancelled. Seminar & banquet venues Bringing decoration materials or similar will not be permitted unless agreed upon with the hotel management. In case of any damage of or loss of the hotel s equipment/interior by the organiser or the participants, the organiser will be liable without having the hotel to provide proof. The hotel does not assume any liability in case of loss or damage of any brought in equipment of the organisers.

10 Cancellation through the hotel The hotel is eligible to determine the contract any time - if the organisers endanger the business operations - if the reputation or security of the hotel are endangered - in case of force majeure Brought in food and beverages Food and beverages not served from the hotel will not be permitted to be consumed in the hotel unless authorized by the hotel management. Invoicing The invoice will be handed over on the day of the event and should be paid within 20 days without any default interests charged. After that the default interest are 10% per year. By going beyond the date of payment we take the liberty to debit the credit card which you have announced to guarantee your booking with all outstanding receivables. Court of jurisdiction is Vienna.
