To ensure that we can help make your booking run smoothly and successfully, this pack contains a Room Hirer Information Sheet, information on how to find us, a selection of menus to suit your catering requirements (please note, outside catering is not permitted), plus details of equipment available for you to hire. All of our rooms come with free Wi-Fi internet access. Please ask for an access code at reception when you arrive. A booking form has also been provided. This must be completed for each meeting you book and we do accept the form by . Returning the booking form certifies your acceptance of the room hire agreement. 50% of the room hire charge is payable at the time of the booking as a deposit and confirmation of your booking. The remaining balance for all pre-booked equipment and room hire is payable one week before the hire date. Once the booking form and deposit are received your booking will be confirmed.
