1 Support Services & Office Information Through our dedicated centre staff, Targetspace offers an efficient and friendly support service for all your business needs. Many of our services are already included in your monthly charge: Included in monthly fee Rent Business rates Furniture Air conditioning Maintenance & service charge Support and reception staff Security Utilities Office cleaning Rubbish collection Kitchen facilities Building insurance Telephone handset and line rental Internet access Mail handling Telephone answering service Office Hours Access is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Reception and switchboard is staffed Monday to Friday 0830 until Administrative Services Available Monday to Friday 0900 until 1730 (Minimum 15 min). These are just some of the services available: Filing Document preparation Mail shots Database creation Word processing / hr If there is something you need help with just let us know. Postal Service Postage charged at cost, plus 15% handling fee (outgoing post only). Our staff are able to handle all national and international postal requirements. Incoming Post Post is delivered to the centre by 1000 (most mornings) when it is then sorted and placed in the clients designated mailbox for collection. Outgoing Post We ask all clients to have post to us by 1630 so it can be franked and ready for collection at Large mail campaigns can be handled in-house but a one off charge for additional administrative time will be levied. Meeting & Conference Rooms For meeting and conference rooms please see the enclosed information sheet. Facsimile Incoming Faxes Outgoing Faxes: UK USA ROW Photocopy Black & White Colour Keys & Proximity Cards 10p / copy 30p /copy 40p /copy 45p /copy 10p /copy 50p / copy We supply 2 keys per office door. Replacement or additional keys cost 15 Proximity cards allow 24 hours access into the building. One proximity card supplied per workstation. Additional cost per card 15 Hot Desking 12 /hr 60 /day We can provide a desk in an office including phone and internet access (call charges apply). Couriers & Taxis Couriers and taxis can be booked from our main reception. We will just add it on to your services bill at the end of each month. Basement Car Parking Secure basement car parking is available, subject to availability. Price on application. Voice & Data Targetspace has invested in the very latest IT and telecommunications technologies to ensure you and your customers are always in touch. For details of our extensive IT and telecoms packages, please see the enclosed information sheet. Stationery As a Targetspace client an account will automatically be set up for you with our stationery supplier, with an initial credit limit of 250. This service will ensure that your stationery will be delivered to the centre within 24 hours. Furniture Additional items of furniture are available on request.

The 16th floor offers meeting rooms for 1 10 people with outstanding views, all within easy access of the main Targetspace reception. Rooms can be hired from 1 hour to a full day at competitive rates, and full on site catering services are available offering refreshments, working lunches and more.
