3 Package Deals Item Commercial Rate Charity Rate Show hire package per day 600 against 4 per seat whichever is the greatest % of sales plus VAT To include: access to the Theatre auditorium and dressing rooms for up to 8 technical hours per performance at a mutually agreed time (with a minimum call of 4 hours) e.g. 3 performances = 24 technical hours. Access to the Theatre s auditorium and dressing rooms with 2 technicians for each performance from 1 hour prior to the show start time until 30 minutes after the show ends - usage above this level will be subject to recharge; inclusion in the brochure if booked in time, sale of tickets (including credit and debit cards but minus PRS charges); PA and lighting and in-house stock of vocal and leaded mics, chairs and tables as available, duty manager, car parking, bar open, display of a poster and flyers in box office 400 against 3 per seat whichever is the greatest + 5.5% of sales plus VAT To include: access to the Theatre auditorium and dressing rooms for up to 8 technical hours per performance at a mutually agreed time (with a minimum call of 4 hours) e.g. 3 performances = 24 technical hours.
