Hw d I install HyppMe? Launch Apps Stre frm yur ios OS Phne r Ggle Playstre if yu are using Andrid OS Phne and search fr 'HyppMe'. Tap install t dwnlad & install app. 3. D I need t dwnlad and Install HyppMe? Yes. HyppMe is available in Apps Stre (fr ios-based user) and Ggle Playstre (fr Andrid-based user). 4. Why d I receive an Activatin Cde during activatin? Once yu've installed HyppMe, yu will receive an Activatin Cde via SMS (native SMS via mbile peratr service). The Activatin Cde is required t be filled in during activatin. Fr sme Andrid-based phnes, the client applicatin will autmatically grab the Activatin Cde and activate HyppMe. The Activatin Cde ensures that yu are the real wner f the mbile number yu have registered and prevents thers frm btaining yur Activatin Cde and make vice calls with yur caller ID. 5. I am nt getting an SMS with the activatin cde. Why? The reasns belw culd explain why yu are having prblems receiving the Activatin Cde. 1. There may be a mistake with the mbile number that yu typed in. Please duble-check yur mbile number. 2. Yu may experience a delayed receipt f an SMS depending n the mbile peratr r ur server is cngested during that time.

2 6. Errr keeps ccurring even after typing in activatin cde. If an errr message appears during the activatin prcess, please try t frce stp HyppMe via phne setting and restart the applicatin (and the device if necessary). 7. D I need t pay t use and subscribe HyppMe? T dwnlad and activate HyppMe, it is Free. Yu are able t enjy free HyppMe On Net calls and Instant Messaging (IM) upn activatin. Off Net calls via HyppMe t ther mbile numbers and nn-tm numbers (Other Line Netwrk Operatrs fixed numbers and IP numbers) users will be charged at RM0.08/minute while SMS will be charged at RM0.05/SMS. Hwever, t all Off Net calls via HyppMe t TM fixed / hmeline numbers and TM custmer supprt numbers, n usage charges will be impsed. That means they are Free f Charge! 10. If calls were made less than a minute, will I still be charged RM0.08? Yes. Unfrtunately ur call charges are being charged based n call blck f 60 secnds (1 minute). 11. What is the minimum amunt t relad? Currently, the lwest denminatin is RM5 fr ur prepaid services. 12. If I relad RM5, hw des RM5 being charged? RM5 fr usage at: RM0.08/minute fr every call t nn-tm numbers/mbile RM0.05/SMS t ther number 13. Hw d I relad HyppMe? There are 2 ptins: a. Relad via HyppMe Applicatin. 4 17. If I want t deactivate HyppMe, and i still have credits in my accunt, will the credit balance be refund t me? Unfrtunately, N. HyppMe prepaid credits cannt be refund t the custmer. Hwever, yur credits remain available until yur next relad (within 90 days). 18. Hw d I knw if my phne supprts HyppMe? HyppMe supprts the fllwing smart phnes OS: i. iphne ios 6.0 r higher ii. Can I invite my friends t use HyppMe? Sure yu can. Invite yur friend by sending ut an SMS asking them t jin HyppMe. The SMS can be sent via HyppMe applicatin using native SMS. 23. Will I be charged by sending ut HyppMe SMS invitatin? Yes. Yu will be charged based n yur mbile peratr SMS service charges. 24. I have already activated the applicatin but I have nly myself in HyppMe cntact? Yur friends might nt yet activate HyppMe applicatin s yu can invite them t subscribe t HyppMe. Other than that, yu may have restricted access t yur cntact. Please refer t yur mbile device n hw t deactivate the restrictin. 25. Hw d I knw that myself r my friends are nline? What are the minimum bandwidth require fr HyppMe t be functinal at a permissible level? Minimum 1Mbps with minimum interruptin frm ther netwrk use. 29. Hw d I cnfigure the call? Yu can chse t set yur Off Net call behaviur at setting cnfiguratin. Steps: i. Tap n settings ii. Tap Call Optin iii. Select call ptin behaviur: 1. On Net Allw On Net calls nly and autmatically blck all Off Net calls if yu are ffline. 2. Aut Switch Enable Off Net calls autmatically if yu/r called party are ffline. 3. Manual Switch - Prmpt selectin if yu and/r called party are ffline. 30. What are the vice quality levels in HyppMe? HyppMe vice quality level depends n netwrk quality fr bth parties. 31. Des HyppMe supprt IDD calls? Currently, HyppMe des nt supprt IDD calls. 32. Can I use HyppMe utside Malaysia r when I ram t ther cuntries? HyppMe wrks n WiFi and 3G data plan, as such it desn't matter whether yu and yur friends are n the same netwrk r in a different cuntry. Just make sure yur friends have HyppMe and check yur data plans and raming rates. 33. Is HyppMe available verseas?

6 Yes. Yu can use HyppMe fr free ver WiFi, hwever, yu may be charged a data usage fee n the 3G netwrk, depending n yur mbile netwrk usage. 34. Des HyppMe include any advertisements? Currently HyppMe d nt push any advertisement. 35. What is the recmmended phne t use HyppMe? HyppMe is supprted n mst Andrid and ios Smartphnes. Hwever, fr Andridbased phnes, it is recmmended fr Samsung S3, Samsung S4, Samsung Nte 2, HTC 1, Sny XperiaZ and Nexus 4 Smartphne. 36. What are the minimum requirements t use HyppMe? The minimum requirement is t have at least 150MB RAM n yur Smartphne. Any lwer than that may faced sme difficulties n media files. The amunt f free space left n the SD card is at least abut 100Mb. 37. Can HyppMe access the cntact infrmatin n my Smartphne? Upn activatin, HyppMe will access the users phne bk t make it easy fr users t find their clse friends: (Only the telephne numbers in yur cntact infrmatin will be transferred t ur servers. All infrmatin will be encrypted.) Yur wn phne number, and ther infrmatin btained frm yur cntacts list/phne bk will nt be disclsed and will be prtected. 38.
