3 OUR STORY 3 OUR STORY It s a unique program designed for Graduates who are driven, agile and committed with a strong willingness to understand the fundamentals of business while working for a market leader with a national and international footprint. Our geographical footprint will afford the successful graduates the opportunity to be considered for international rotations in years 2 and 3. With our first Graduate intake taking place in January 2015, our three-year graduate program is now open for applications from recent Graduates who will start with the business in January We believe in making it happen. We gear our graduates with real jobs and real challenges, within a diverse framework, enabling career opportunities, technical training and executive mentorship, to prepare you to become a leader and innovator of our future.

From large scale mining and infrastructure projects to supporting the local tradie. From helping to build hospitals and schools to supporting the development of the nation s largest road networks, we re one of the most diverse companies in Australia.

5 OUR GRADUATE PROGRAM 5 OUR GRADUATE PROGRAM The Coates Hire Graduate Program is resourceful, flexible and shows initiative. We pride on talent who communicate with clarity and vision, seamlessly operate within a team, and share the same values and vision of our Coates Hire brand always wanting to help build a better future. The structured three-year program will lay the foundation for your successful career with Coates Hire. During the Graduate Program you will progress and advance your skills through five rotations within the business, granting you real exposure to management, sales, operations and customers. You will be hands-on from day one, contributing in a real job that enables a real opportunity to ignite your career within a company that believes true success comes from promoting and advancing the skillset of their people within.

7 ABOUT YOU 7 ABOUT YOU You are resourceful You show initiative You are flexible You are open to change You communicate with clarity and vision You are a team player You have big ideas You want to make a difference We welcome graduates with a GPA of credit, distinction or above from the following disciplines: Engineering: Civil, Mining, Mechanical and Electrical Business Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Human Resources and Logistics Economics, Finance and Commerce You must be an Australian citizen and willing to relocate with Australia at the end of the program.

8 WHAT NEXT? Ready to take the next step? Let s make it happen. WHAT NEXT? 8 Our robust recruitment and selection process consists of the following stages: 1. ONLINE APPLICATION: Complete an online application form by applying on our website and providing us with your details of your education, work experience and discipline preferences, ability to relocate as well as copies of your resume, a cover letter and academic transcripts. Applications close Friday 23rd October PHONE INTERVIEW: Should you be eligible to move to the next stage you will be contact via phone to undertake a phone interview with our National Recruitment Team to assess your eligibility for our Program. 3. ASSESSMENT CENTRE PARTICIPATION: Next stage will be the opportunity to meet other potential graduates and participate in both group and individual activities to learn more about our organisation and culture.this will be split in 2 parts of the day with those progressing to the next round expected to participate the full day. 4. ONLINE PSYCHOMETRIC TESTING, VIDEO INTERVIEW & REFERENCE CHECKS: Following the assessment centre, you may then be invited to complete Psychometric assessments and a video interview. This is yet another opportunity to showcase your capability and communicate more about yourself and why you want to work at Coates Hire.You will also be required to provide 2 referees to support your application. 5. Interview 1: This involves a face to face interview with a Panel discussing in great detail your motivations, competencies, experience and alignment to Coates Hire. 6. Final Interview: The final stage of interview which will complete your efforts throughout the graduate recruitment and selection process will be with our CEO. 7. Medical: All graduate candidates will be required to undertake a medical as part of the Coates Hire Recruitment & Selection Process. 8. Selection and offers: Once the face to face interview assessments have been finalised an offer will be made to successful candidates. A contract will be generated with a start date of induction being 11th January The Coates Hire Graduate Program is now open for applications.
