Responsibilities for areas such as business planning, project work, staff related needs and work methods will assist you with the completion of your assessments. 3 QUALIFICATION STRUCTURE > Pre-course Prior to attending your course, you will receive an from AIM directing you to your pre-course work. Ensure you re prepared by thoroughly reading through these materials. Make a note of areas you feel you may need further information on and of questions you want to have answered when you attend class. > Assessment There are no exams for this qualification. You will be given assessments for each course that you attend. Assessments include a series of underpinning knowledge questions and third party reports. Whether corporate, government, industry or not-for-profit, this course provides you with end-to-end processes you need to successfully deliver results while managing operations and driving continuous improvement. Write Persuasive Documents 1 Day BSBWRT501A Write persuasive copy The Writing Persuasive Documents short course develops your talent for producing compelling and influential copy. Exploring a range of techniques and styles, you ll gain the skills you need to express ideas in ways that engage audiences and inspire action. Manage Meetings 1 Day BSBADM502B Manage meetings This short course helps you develop the skills required to lead effective and engaging meetings. By learning the factors that influence a meeting s outcomes, you will gain the skills to structure your meetings strategically, manage time wisely and achieve clear results. Work Priorities 1 Day BSBWOR501B Manage personal work priorities and professional development The Work Priorities short course provides you with practical tools and techniques to set meaningful goals and realistic plans to achieve them. It shows you how to manage pressures, organise work commitments and improve your productivity. Recruitment and Selection 2 Days BSBHRM506A Manage recruitment selection and induction processes This program is designed to provide you with the skills, knowledge and techniques to conduct job analysis, implement candidate attraction strategies, effectively assess candidates and make informed selection choices. This practical program will also introduce effective induction and ongoing development processes designed to ensure you retain key talent when you find it.
