8 LEADERSHIP Ray Lill, Managing Partner Ray is one of the founding partners of the GRL Company. Ray is part of the team responsible for overall agency operations and oversees the companies work for the majority of its clients. Ray has over 30 years of staffing experience with a high technology, Fortune 500 company as the Director of Global Staffing. He was responsible for creating, directing and implementing a centralized global staffing department. Some of his key accomplishments include; instituting a common process and distinct specialized function for sourcing and recruitment, creating a centralized system for applicant tracking and resume database, as well as managing multi-million dollar budgets. He was also directly responsible for creating the first specialized critical skills and executive search capabilities for the corporation. His experience expands to responsibility to include all worldwide operational expertise in Asia/Pacific and Europe. Ray has an extensive knowledge of the search business, which has been the cornerstone for the GRL Company success. Stephanie Seddon, Vice President Stephanie has over 10 years experience on the agency side of Executive Search and Recruitment. She has been instrumental in the GRL companies business development, specializing in managing the front end research for most clients The majority of Stephanie's career has been with a Fortune 500 major high technology corporation, where she held various positions for over 13 years.! Stephanie began in!product Marketing, where she handled major customer accounts, performing contract negotiations, and responsible for profit margins of those accounts.! She then expanded her responsibilities to manage a PR and Marketing Communications division, coordinating the press activities and marketing collateral for a wide-spread customer base.! Stephanie then moved in to!the Executive Search department for the Corporation, where she!conducted the research and managed the relationship function for numerous executive and senior engineering level positions.!! Matthew Jones, Managing Partner As a Managing Partner and Project Manager Matthew is responsible for the management, consulting and overall direction of the GRL companies clients. Matthew's career is!highlighted by progressively greater management responsibility in high technology, service management and manufacturing industries for over 10 years. He brings with him a background of staffing, employee relations, training and general management. Matthew also has extensive research and operational search experience in the industrial metals industry. He has specialized in the identification and qualification of various types of skilled trades positions ranging from mechanical, electrical and specialized mining related functions. He has coordinated searches for relocation to major cities, and rural production sites over the Southwest region. Matthew has research background within the avionics industry, qualifying specialized engineering positions. He is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and follow up on all projects with an outstanding placement record. Matthew holds a Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University. Bryan Lill, Managing Partner As a Partner and General Manager at the GRL company Bryan spearheads the company's efforts in Project Management and Logistics. Bryan has 9+ years experience in the automotive industry relating to project management logistics, and production and staffing. Bryan began his career at with a Fortune 500 major high technology corporation in Human Resources, Sourcing, University Relations and College Recruiting. He has extensive experience in several different industries and functions from automotive marketing to Executive Search.
