31 Duration and Structure Context Standard Life has been employing graduate level staff into IT for a number of years, recruiting over 300 staff into IT since While this programme has provided a strong pool of specialists we now need to further strengthen our leadership talent pipeline. Some changes are required in order for this to happen, and for the corporate investment in graduate recruitment to be more widely realised.
