The AT&T Labs Interns support various technical research initiatives working with individual staff members, gaining unparalleled experience in industry innovation. Invent your opportunity with AT&T. Location: Florham Park, NJ Length: 10 weeks Area of Focus: Research (Networking & Services, Information & Software Systems) GPA: > 3.5 Preferred Relocation: No Education: PhD Degree Focus: Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering US Citizen: No Experience: Research, publication and graduate research assistant experience in one of the following areas: wireless, optical, IP communications, speech recognition & generation, video processing, data management, dependable distributed systems, information visualization Leadership: No PhD candidates with technical and scientific degrees focus on short-term technical projects and present talks on their work at the end of summer. Participants support various technical initiatives at AT&T Labs, including Optical Transport, Network Management, IP & Voice Services, Software Systems Research, Information Mining Research, Global Access Technologies, TDM/IP Voice and Video & Converged Services. 2 Financial Leadership Program (FLP) $123 billion in revenue makes for quite the career development opportunity. It could be yours with AT&T. The FLP offers unmatched access to the financial decision-making processes of a Fortune 12 company for highly driven, financially focused top performers. Not to mention networking with AT&T executive leaders and extensive on-the-job experience. Bottom line? Start here. Program Type: Development Program Full-time, paid Location: TX, NJ, IL, GA, CA Length: 3 years Area of Focus: Finance, Accounting, Economics Relocation: No Education: MBA Degree Focus: Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance Experience: 3-5 years FLP assignments are highly engaging and important to the success of AT&T. The program is very structured and supported by dedicated FLP staff and mentors who provide continual guidance and coaching on assignments and post-flp opportunities. Participants contribute through the job rotation process to areas including Auditing, Business Unit Operations, Treasury and Investor Relations, to name a few. Through the FLP rotation, I have really enjoyed learning about the technical nuances of the network, and how the finance team works with operations to identify the projects that allow AT&T to expand its mobile broadband footprint and strengthen its coverage. Interns experience on-the-job application of studies, and the FLP-focused staff provides guidance to develop goals and objectives for personal growth. Participants contribute to areas including Auditing, Business Unit Operations, Credit & Collections and Investor Relations, to name a few.

We re looking for future HR leaders to drive activities that support our most valuable asset our people. We need exceptional students looking to jumpstart their career with a leader in the HR industry. AT&T offers extensive on-the-job experience, mentors ready to lend their expertise, and a host of development opportunities to prepare high performers for their future in Human Resources. Let your passion drive your profession. Program Type: Development Program Full-time, paid Location: Dallas, TX Length: 3 years, three 12-month rotations Area of Focus: Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration with an HR concentration, Labor Relations, HR Recruiting, Human Capital Management Education: MBA Degree Focus: Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Organizational Development Experience: 1-3 years HRLDP participants experience three highly engaging job rotations in core HR areas such as Staffing, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management and Workforce Planning & Diversity. Throughout each rotation, participants enhance their Human Resources and leadership skills, gain exposure to core operations, interact with executive leaders and receive frequent developmental feedback while establishing a career path as a Human Resources Professional. The program is highly structured and supported by dedicated HRLDP staff and mentors who provide continual guidance and coaching on assignments and post-hrldp opportunities. The HRLDP program has been very rewarding just in my first 90 days. My first rotation is compensation, sharpening new skills and real problem solving projects where value can be added. The program is challenging, but I ve been provided great tools for success career development & mentoring, leadership training, and autonomy to bring innovative ideas. Let your drive lead you to AT&T. Program Type: Development Program Full-time, paid Location: Willingness to work wherever AT&T operates. Main locations: TX, NJ, IL, GA, CA Length: 2.5 years Area of Focus: Leadership/Management Education: MBA Degree Focus: Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Electrical Engineering, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Management, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering Experience: No LDP participants experience three separate fast-paced job rotations. Two supervisory roles are assumed in high-growth areas of the company, including Technology and Customer Care. The individual contributor role, designed to offer global perspective, is assumed in other functional areas, including Wireless, Marketing, Sales or Finance, to name a few. No other company has a program like LDP, where there is an emphasis on producing the next generation of leaders for the company. The exposure to executives, the training, and the experiences that I have encountered at AT&T through LDP have helped me determine a career path where I can make a difference here.
