We recently started limiting ur general awareness advertising and fcused n a targeted apprach instead. This prmtinal apprach mre effectively drives cnsumers t lending partners with a deep understanding f ur prgrams that can help them with their mrtgage needs ur Tp rducing Lan Officers. Our new apprach has been widely embraced by ur lender partners and emplys the fllwing strategies: 1) New website Creatin f a mre user-friendly website with easier navigatin, clear cncise infrmatin abut ur prgrams and links t lenders. Our next step is t create a mre rbust lender search functin utilizing a custmer relatinship management tl (CRM) that integrates with ur new nline cmmitment system (in prcess nw). This will allw cnsumers t d a faceted search by inputting their specific needs t find a qualified lan fficer t help them find which f ur lan prgrams is best fr them. 2) Supprt existing lenders wh are experts in ur prgrams Implementatin f the mre rbust Tp rducing Lan Officer benefits with prmtinal material that increases awareness abut ur prgrams and drives traffic t ur lending partners. We re investing in what wrks and believe that shifting prmtinal dllars t targeted, c-branded material and advertising has a better return n investment. We are als mving away frm general event presence and are nw fcusing n specific, targeted c-branded marketing and jint appearances at cmmunity events. Our lenders have reacted psitively and ur event staff reprts that putting cnsumers in direct cntact with lenders they can wrk with has been a psitive change. 3) Increased business t business marketing and prmtinal supprt rmting lenders with real estate prfessinals. We created a Real Estate artners rgram t increase awareness abut ur prgrams and cnnect real estate prfessinals with ur lenders. The prgram is ffered in a ne-hur r tw-hur sessin certified by the Minnesta Department f Cmmerce fr cntinuing educatin credit. It is free and available thrughut the state. Our business develpment team wrks with Tp rducing Lan Officers and ther lending partners t hst sessins acrss the state. We have develped c-branded business t business prmtinal material t supprt these events and tactics that bring real estate prfessinals tgether with lan fficers fr strnger client relatinships. We ve als created new rider signs fr real estate signs that prmte ur dwnpayment assistance prgrams and are cnducting a pilt prgram where Tp rducing Lan Officers get a number f signs t distribute t real estate prfessinals they wrk with.
