Event dates: September 11 13, 2015 Location: Jim Sprick Community Park - Naches, WA Estimated draw: 1,500 people Target demographic: Men and women between the ages of 30 65 Age restrictions: 21+ Geographic reach: Central and Eastern Washington with some advertising dollars spent in Western Washington Chinook Fest brings some of the finest international Roots-Rock, Blues, Americana, and Folk musicians together to the quaint community surrounding Naches, WA for a September weekend full of incredible live music and activities. The festival features regional food, beer and wine, local art vendors and three full days of camping at Jim Sprick Community Park; a rustic retreat on the banks of the Naches River surrounded by the scenic Central Washington Cascades. The festival continues to grow rapidly and is becoming one of the premier events in the Northwest region. In its third year, venue specifications were renegotiated to allow for projected growth of attendees and we were once again full to capacity. Immediately following a successful Chinook Fest 2014, presale tickets were released for Chinook Fest 2015 and reached sales of 25% total available tickets in just two weeks. One thing is for sure, as long as we deliver consistent entertainment, fans will jump onboard without even knowing who will be performing in the coming year! This is proof of the brand s growth and sustainability for the future. Partnering with environmentally sensitive companies like Liberty Bottleworks and Alcoa Recycling, Chinook Fest strives to be as green as possible in order to maintain the surrounding beauty of the park and promote progressive sustainable practices in the Yakima Valley. This is a platform that will be expanding in 2015 with a focus on aluminum up-cycling. It is with the help of these companies, as well as many others, that we are able to put on an event of this size and bring amazing music to the area. As we look forward, we continue to acknowledge that we can t do this without the support from people and companies like you. We thank our 2014 sponsors and look forward to continuing to build vital relationships within the community as well as create new partnerships.

MARKETING ADVERTISING Chinook Fest has developed a partnership with Town Square Media and KAPP/KVEW TV which allows us to run countless radio ads across five stations and 275 TV commercials spanning Central Washington. In addition to marketing efforts in Central Washington, we have also formed partnerships with The Seattle Weekly and The Stranger (Seattle) to further our brand recognition on the Westside of the state. We plan to maintain these relationships to allow for these continued advertising opportunities and much more in 2015. Along with the help we receive from external media outlets, we maintain a growing social media platform with continual promotion to fans through Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, in addition to our fan email blasts. Through community outreach and co-branding opportunities, we aim to create partnerships for our flagship event that will develop for years to come. PRESENTING SPONSOR - $7,000 * Exclusive stage sponsorship is available for an additional $1,500 As a presenting sponsor, your brand will be directly linked with one of the headlining acts or any other aspect of the festival that works best for your brand. Branding will appear as Your Brand Name presents. Select signage within the festival grounds. Sponsor booth at festival to display and/or sell items. Logo/Name on program, signs, posters and ads.

Ten complimentary VIP passes and one VIP cabin for the three day weekend. $3,500 - VIP LOUNGE SPONSOR The VIP Lounge sponsor will be able to brand the entire lounge with their company logo, fencing, signs, etc. The lounge will be named after the sponsor and therefore will be referred to as the "<Company Name> Lounge." This lounge will only be accessible to VIP pass holders and will be located behind both stages. Exclusive sign placement in and around the VIP area. Logo on signs and posters. Photo opportunities backstage with talent. Projected video ads featuring your brand periodically throughout the Friday and Saturday night performances. Logo on website, social media sites and online advertising. Eight complimentary VIP passes and one VIP cabin for the three day weekend. $3,000 STAGE SPONSOR (Two stages available. One sponsor per stage) Stage will be named after the stage sponsor... example: Go see the Rolling Stones on the <Company Name> Stage! The stage sponsor s name will not only be seen by festival goers, but by everyone who sees photos and videos from the weekend. The bands playing on each stage will be sharing photos and videos from their set with all of their fans, in addition to all of the festival goers who will be sharing their own photos and videos from the day. Exclusive branding throughout the beer garden. Logo on signs, posters and ads. Projected video ads featuring your brand periodically throughout the Friday and Saturday night performances. Four complimentary VIP for the weekend. $1,500 LANYARDS SPONSOR Primary placement of your company name/logo on lanyards that will be worn by all performing talent and VIP/All Access pass holders. These lanyards will be used to hold all festival credentials. Primary placement of company name/logo on lanyard. Additional signage at the festival. Two complimentary VIP passes. $1,000 GROUNDS TRANSPORTATION SPONSOR Transportation carts will be the primary mode of transportation for the core team throughout the weekend, from backstage to general camping and everywhere in between. Golf carts or other small vehicles will be wrapped with your brand logo and/or company name indicating your exclusive transportation sponsorship.

Two complimentary passes. FESTIVAL PROGRAMS (starting at $250) The Chinook Fest programs will be printed and distributed to each festival goer. The programs will include the festival schedule, brief artist/band bios, and general festival details ensuring everyone keeps it handy throughout the weekend. We will design the programs and can cater to your needs as based on your participation. Prominent placement is available for $500 or a simple logo listing for $250.
