Sponsor Venue - $600-1 This sponsorship includes your logo and any promotional items prominently displayed on the venue s main stage located next to the dance floor and DJ with a line of sight from anywhere in the hall. All evening announcements are made from this area. Sponsor Music - $300-1 Sponsoring our rockin tunes will have your business s logo front and center for all to see. Next to the stage and dance floor, this is prime advertising real estate. If you ARE a DJ, this has your name written all over it! Sponsor Hospitality - $200-4 This sponsorship is an opportunity for your business to possess an advertising location that has people coming back for more! Our dessert bar, hors d oeuvres, and refreshments stations will give many opportunities for your logo to be seen. Sponsor Decor - $ Sponsoring our fabulous decor will reserve a table s promotional space for your business. 4 Detailed information on sponsorship benefits: lorem Sponsorship ipsum dolor value: A portion of the sponsorship level must be donated in monetary funds issue, or date arranged as exchange of services for the event. Remaining value can consist of donation value of Silent Auction items or gift certificates. Unfortunately, coupon totals do not count towards sponsorship value totals. SWAG Bags: SWAG bags will be to the first 100 Tampa Bay Mom Prom Tickets purchased. Sponsors are invited to include business cards, brochures, coupons, or other promotional item or product for placement in the event bags. Website: Your name or logo will be placed as noted on the Tampa Bay Mom Prom website ( Name/logo will be linked to your website. Social Media: Tampa Bay Mom Prom currently utilizes Facebook (FB.com/TBMomProm), Twitter (@TBMomProm), and Instagram (@ICANTampaBay). This includes promotion in the closed ICAN of Tampa Facebook group and Facebook page. Slideshow: During the event, a slideshow highlighting sponsors and information will run at the head of the room as a backdrop to the stage. This provides additional visibility of your name and/or logo throughout the event. Event Announcements: Senior Dancing Queen & Prom Princess sponsors will be featured during announcements through the evening by our MC during door prizes, icebreakers, and other breaks to address attendees. Tickets: Senior Dancing Queen, Junior Prom Princess & Designated Driver sponsors will receive the number of complimentary tickets listed. Additional Information: Sponsorships will be accepted and processed in the order in which they are received. 5 WHO IS ICAN? The International Cesarean Awareness Network (ICAN) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve maternal-child health by preventing unnecessary cesareans through education, providing support for cesarean recovery, promoting vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC). WHAT ARE WE DOING IN THE COMMUNITY? The Tampa Bay chapter of ICAN holds in person meetings once a month in four locations (Tampa, Lakeland, Clearwater & St. Petersburg) where we provide educational presentations and offer woman to woman & partner support to those seeking it. In addition to our official meetings, we also make ourselves throughout the month for and phone call questions and assistance. We started ICAN of Tampa Bay in 2008 and from there it has expanded not only by location but grown immensely as we have a following of over 615 women. In addition to our small support meetings, we have held lectures that brought large groups of people to hear an OB/GYN speak on avoiding Cesareans and achieving VBACs as well as seminars in the community. With the money we have raised with ICAN of Tampa Bay events in the past, we have been able to build our lending library of books, DVDs, and other educational materials for our members as well as host events, attend conferences and support women in the community in numerous ways. We are continuing to build our educational material resources for our members and reaching out into the community. Our next goal is to be able to reach local hospitals and grow our resources and materials, present seminars and events & attend events as a vendor to continue to support families all over the Tampa Bay Area with our Community Outreach Program. The continued success and generosity of our community will allow us to maintain the Community Outreach Program and grow our resources and outreach to those in need of information and support.
