OUR SERVICES TECHNICAL TRANSLATION Thanks to our educational background and our respective professional experiences, we are able to translate your documents from German and/or English into French, whether they are technical, scientific, financial or administrative documents or even communication materials (marketing translation). In accordance with the rules of professional conduct of the Société Française des Traducteurs (the French translator s professional organisation), we mainly translate into our mother tongue. Nevertheless, if you wish to entrust us with a translation from French into English or German, we are of course able to accept your request, but we may call on external proofreaders services in such a case. PROOFREADING / POST-EDITING Our translators team offers proofreading services so as to optimise the content of your already translated documents. This proofreading task, so-called technical and linguistic revision, includes the control of the technical terms employed, the verification of the technical nature of the translated text, the verification of the adaptation of the translation to the cultural context of the target country and, of course, the correction of the spelling and grammar mistakes. We also offer post-editing services, that is to say the improvement of the content of a document translated by a computer system (automatic translation). The expected language level and technical nature of the document will depend on your requirements. CREATION OF TERMINOLOGY DATABASES A corporate glossary would help significantly if you use a technical jargon that is specific to your company and if you have a lot of documents to translate. The creation of your corporate glossary will enable you to ensure the consistency of the technical terms that are specific to your company in every original document you produce or translation you may request. LOCALISATION The term "localisation" describes the adaptation of the content of a software or website (or, on a wider scale, of every IT or multimedia product) from one language into another, while adapting it to the cultural context. As a consequence, the localisation of a product involves not only a translation work, but also the adaptation of this translation to the local conventions and to the target audience, which sometimes implies the need of a marketing translation. INTERPRETATION Our interpretation services are only dedicated to one-off liaison interpretation missions - for example, in business meetings or group discussions. We come to you by appointment, at your convenience, in Alsace, Franche-Comté, and the area surrounding these regions (Germany, Switzerland...)

We offer our clients two possible translation packages depending on their needs regarding technical translation, marketing translation and localisation services (the following reference pricing may differ according to the requested service): -- Express Package This package is dedicated to people who essentially need a quick translation to understand the meaning of a document. It includes: the whole translation of the document; a simple linguistic revision; the final page layout of the document. English: starting from 0.08/word German: starting from 0.10/word -- Optimum Package The Optimum Package is intended for people who require a high-quality translation meant to be released for a wide audience. It includes: the whole translation of the document; the technical and linguistic revision of the document (control of the technical terms employed, verification of the tecnical nature of the translated text, verification of the adaptation of the to the cultural context of the target country, correction of the spelling and grammar mistakes); the application of a linguistic quality assurance process (second proofreading by a different translator so as to maximise the fluidity of the translated text); the final page layout of the document. English: starting from 0.12/word German: starting from 0.14/word Regarding the prices applicable to services of translation of illustrations, proofreading/post-editing, terminology and interpretation, you will find them detailed on our website at www.dialinguo.com We may apply increases in case of short deadlines, night work or weekend work, but also reductions in cases where you entrust us with large translation projects or provide us with your own translation memory (in such case, the perfect and fuzzy matches will be deducted from the final price).
