TH ROYAL BRITISH LGION JOB SCRIPTION Job Title: Reporting To: Role Purpose: HR Systems and Information Project Officer Fixed Term HR Systems and Information Manager To support the development of HR Systems projects, through providing technical support to scope, build and deploy required system and reporting developments and upgrades, including training documentation and delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. To set up and implement HR systems developments that supports the service delivery of the HR and Organisational evelopment team. 2. Assist the HR Systems and Information Manager with maintaining the project records, with particular reference to the project plan, risk analysis graph, daily work sheets and weekly management update logs. 3. Liaise with systems providers to ensure full use of automated processes are used to the best advantage. 4. ata cleanse information where needed for project delivery. 5. esign testing data and documentation with the end user to ensure deliverables will meet the scope requirements. 6. Conduct acceptance testing, supporting the end users were required. 7. Create training documentation and rollout training to all users of released projects. This is to include Guidance, Process Maps and Self Help movies. 8. evelop reporting capabilities to meet scoped requirements of the projects. 9. Update the HR sections of the MyLegion Intranet where project work has an impact. 10. Work as a team member, providing support to wider HR related projects which impact on the Systems team as and when required. INFORMATION ON TRMS AN CONITIONS Contract type: Fixed term for 6 months Salary: 32,480 plus 4,452 London Weighting per annum PRO-RATA Annual Leave: 22 days per annum plus bank holidays PRO-RATA Hours to be worked: 35 Hours per Week Location: Haig House, 199 Borough High St, London S1 1AA 6 month probationary period mployment subject to satisfactory references and medical clearance.
