3 JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Reports to: Content Marketing Manager Director of Innovation Key Contacts and Relationships: Clients, account management team and suppliers from other areas of the business Overall Purpose: Responsible for coordinating and implementing Content Marketing strategy to clients whilst working closely with and developing a small team to ensure the goals of the client are achieved. Key Accountabilities: Working with the account management team to ensure all clients have actionable and proactive strategies in place which are in line with goals, budget and integrated with other services offered by the Webcertain Group Monitor and report on content marketing metrics and show continuous improvement of the content strategy based on analytics. Ensuring our Content Marketing services are continually reviewed and improved Assisting with the acquisition/development of new and existing clients/agencies Hire and manage in-house and outsourced writers, editors, data analysts, graphic designers, videographers, developers, etc. Supporting the Webcertain Marketing team with the development of marketing material and sales collateral Overseeing the development, progression, motivation and growth of the Content Marketing team members to deliver a quality valuable service to our clients Contribution to the company blog to share knowledge and best practice

4 Essential Skills and Competences required in the role: 3 years+ experience of planning and executing successful Content Marketing campaigns 2 years+ previous experience in managing, delegating, developing and motivating a small team A native level-speaker of one of the world s main languages in addition to English; an understanding of how to create and present content that persuades. Excellent project management skills with the ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems Demonstrated experience with using digital and/or print content to generate leads and sales Proven editorial skills including strong language skills and the ability to adjust content to remain consistent with brand, style and tone. Ability to communicate and translate complex subjects into customised services and solutions appropriate for the client s needs whilst fostering strong client relationships at all levels Commercially astute and business minded to take responsibility of profit generated through delivering Content Marketing services Successful management of a business blog that furthers organisational goals. Is passionate about Content Marketing and seeks to keep pace with industry trends and developments, as well as with different types of content An excellent command of analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics or Omniture, to adjust marketing strategy and tactics. Desirable Skills and Competences required in the role: Experience and exposure to wider digital marketing tactics Experience of implementing successful SEO campaigns Proven experience using social media channels to distribute and amplify an organisation s content. The ability to create content within and troubleshoot issues with the WordPress platform. Knowledge of marketing automation tools

6 Benefits and Salary for Content Marketing Manager (Available to all permanent staff after the probation period) The salary for this post is between 28,000 40,000 per annum.
