They are intended t assist and facilitate Partner in ffering autmated timekeeping slutins t their wn clients by cmpleting certain specified tasks n their behalf, such as sales, accunt setup, and training. Services cmpleted via Prfessinal Services are nt intended t remve the Partner frm the service prcess, but rather, t enhance the final utcme and client experience. In rder t ensure the service is set up and perating prperly frm the timekeeping AND payrll end, the participatin f bth the SwipeClck representative AND the Partner is necessary. As such, SwipeClck will cmmunicate as effectively as pssible with the Partner t wrk twards a successful service transactin. Due t the brad variety f sftware platfrms and feature specificatins in the payrll industry, as the service prvider, if yu are aware f any circumstances, sftware settings, r cncerns that may impact hw the prduct perates, we ask fr yur assistance in identifying and cmmunicating thse items. Partner Participatin Prfessinal Services are intended t assist my rganizatin, but d nt excuse me, the Partner, frm the service prcess, and that a successful utcme with my client will require my assistance and cmmunicatin.

Acknwledgment f Client Cmmunicatin With yur authrizatin, SwipeClck Prfessinal Services will cnduct services directly with yur client n yur behalf. Our cntact with yur client(s) will be limited t the infrmatin pertinent t the specific services yu have selected. Once the service is cmplete, a Clse-Out Survey will be sent t yu and yur client t ensure the service is cnsidered cmplete. If applicable, the client will then be directed back t yu, the Partner, fr any future crrespndence pertaining t services rendered. Clients will have a limited ability t initiate cntact with Prfessinal Services representatives after services have been rdered by the Partner. Onging Cmmunicatins SwipeClck will redirect and/r crdinate any future cmmunicatins with the client t me, the Partner fr further assistance. I als acknwledge that SwipeClck will nt attempt t cntact my client(s) nce the Prfessinal Services events are cmplete.
