We are pleased to confirm your receipt of for your function on date Please carefully read our terms & conditions below & sign: A non-refundable deposit of 1,200 is required to secure your date. Your date or suppliers will not be confirmed until 1200 has been received. 50% of the total cost is to be paid, 3 months prior to the date of the event and the final payment along with final numbers is due 15 days before the date of your event. Payment of account must be settled with Bank Transfer, Bankers Draft or Cash only. Payment by credit card will be subject to a surcharge of 3%. All prices quoted are subject to an annual review. It is essential that all entertainment arrangements have approval of the Hotel Management prior to date of your event. All entertainment must provide their own equipment and accept full responsibility for same. The bar closing times are & Music finishing time is. Only food and beverages provided by the Hotel may be consumed on the premises unless by prior arrangement. The Springfield Hotel reserves the right to cancel or refund deposits in circumstances when a booking is made through a third party or under false pretenses. Prospective clients must always meet with Hotel Management prior to acceptance of the first deposit.
