Monday, February 13, 2017: RSVP to Faculty/VIP Dinner. The 2017 ASC Symposium Faculty/VIP Dinner will be held on Thursday, February 23 at 7:00 pm at a place to be determined. ONLY APPLICABLE FOR DIAMOND, PLATINUM AND GOLD FACULTY DINNER SPONSORS. Information regarding your sponsorship tables and materials will be sent to all sponsors at a later date.
