From your first enquiry our experienced staff will be on hand to assist you with all aspects of planning your day. We will endeavour to create your perfect day, reflecting your individual ideas and wishes from the traditional to something completely original. This brochure includes some menu suggestions and price guides, intended as suggestions and we would be delighted to put together a package tailored to your wishes

2 Function Rooms The Restaurant Situated on the ground floor, this panelled dining room is a mixture of modern and traditional, with airconditioning and a capacity for 60 for a wedding breakfast. For the evening there is capacity for 100 guests. The Stafford Room Situated on the first floor, this room has capacity for 75 for a wedding breakfast. For the evening there is a fixed dance floor and a bar - with capacity for up to 100 guests. Civil Ceremonies Both the Restaurant and Stafford Room are approved for the solemnisation of celebratory services. The hotel charges a fee (from 200), if you wish to hold a ceremony here. 3 Terms and Conditions A non-refundable deposit of 500 is required to confirm a booking. One month before the event, when final details have been discussed and confirmed, a proforma invoice for the balance will be sent to you; this balance should be paid in full twenty-one days before the event. In the event of cancellation the following charges will be payable: Period of notice Charge Payable Longer than 6 calendar months non-refundable deposit 6-3 calendar months 50% of estimated final account 12-4 weeks 75% of estimated final account 28 days or less 100% of estimated final account The estimated final account in the event of cancellation will be an assumed revenue of per person The Management reserves the right to amend any prices quoted herein at its discretion. The organiser assumes responsibility for any or all damages caused by him or any of his guests or other persons attending, whether in rooms reserved or in any other part of the hotel and shall pay on demand to the hotel the amount required to make good or remedy such damage. The organiser assumes responsibility for the balance of the rate payable on departure unless otherwise stated. No wines, spirits or beers may be brought into the allocated rooms of the hotel by customers or guests for consumption on the premises unless prior permission has been obtained and for which a charge would be made. Clients are advised that no liability can be accepted for loss or damage to guest property left in the hotel in any area in whatever circumstances. Prices quoted include VAT at the current rate. The Management reserves the right to amend any prices quoted herein at its discretion. 9 Evening Reception Your evening reception may be held in either the Restaurant or the Stafford Room. We have our own resident DJ from 200, or you may provide your own DJ or band (public liability insurance is required).
