2 Backgrund Infrmatin Increasingly, managers are perplexed by hw t manage and cach the Millennial wrkfrce (currently age 32 and under). Their needs, expectatins, and deficits are significantly different than the Xers and Bmers wh are currently in management psitins. A research study by LifeCurse reveals that almst three- quarters f emplyees think that generatinal differences are a challenge in the wrkplace. The Caching Millennials Wrkshp is designed prvide managers with the tls they need t manage, cach, and mentr their Millennial emplyees. Millennials in the Wrkplace The Millennial Generatin, first brn in 1982, has arrived in the wrkplace. Our wrk n the Millennial Generatin has redefined hw America sees tday s yung peple. This prgram will prvide participants with the pprtunity t tap int that deep expertise and apply that knwledge t their day- t- day caching activities. Wrkshp participants will cme away with hands- n strategies and best practices t retain and energize the Millennial wrker. They will als learn hw t imprve prductivity, teamwrk, and mrale acrss all generatins. There are a few cnstants when dealing with generatins in general and generatins specifically in the wrkplace.
