Sponsorship fee: Starting at $6,500 New Dentists Reception Friday, February 26 4:30 p.m. - 6 p.m., Level 2 Restaurant Establish a relationship with dentists as they begin their careers. This sponsorship includes your company logo or brand message placed on table tent cards, signage, promotional materials and tickets for this event. 8 Overlook Café Exhibit Hall Conveniently located in the Exhibit Hall, the Overlook Café seats up to 600. Tell attendees to drop in to your booth by placing your brand on the table covers, tent cards and two banners around the café. Attendees gather here for breakfast and lunch between going to their classrooms and the Exhibit Hall. The sponsor s name and booth number will be displayed at each entrance, and on tent cards (one per table), hanging signage in the restaurant, and free-standing signage around the pavilion. 9 GENERAL LOCATIONS Boarding Pass Printing Station For the convenience of our attendees flying out of O Hare or Midway airports, a Boarding Pass Printing Station is provided in the General Registration Area. Don t let them leave without visiting your booth. Sponsorship fee: $7,500 (Includes sponsor s logo as screen saver and signage) CE Verification Stations Attendees print their CE certificates as proof to their respective authorities. The CE Verification Stations are located in the General Registration Area just outside the Exhibit Hall. Include your name, logo and/or product message on the CE forms and on signage over the area. Includes one complimentary single-sided meter panel (a $2,750 value). Sponsorship fee: $25,000 (exclusive) Dimensions: Contact CDS for details. Exhibitor Locators A valuable resource, the Exhibitor Locator features a final listing of all exhibitors and their booth locations. The Exhibitor Locator includes the sponsor s logo on the panels. In addition, the company s booth will be highlighted to draw attention to its location. Sponsorship fee: $7,500 per location Artwork deadline: February 3 Number of exhibitor locators: 2 Hand Sanitizer Stations When meeting new people and shaking a lot of hands, everyone appreciates access to antibacterial hand sanitizers located throughout McCormick Place. Sponsorship includes four hand sanitizer stations located in high traffic areas. Sponsor recognition signage will be placed next to each hand sanitizer station. Add your brand to these panels for all three days. Each panel is a frameless, freestanding 42 plasma screen. There are 38 panels available. Sponsorship fee: $2,000 per panel Artwork deadline: February 3 New Product Digital Showcase The New Product Digital Showcase allows exhibitors the opportunity to showcase their products beyond their booth. Broadcast your products on large flat screen TVs located throughout the McCormick Place West Building. Sponsorship fee: $1,250 per product Artwork deadline: February 3 On-Site Publications Bins More than half of our attendees pick up a copy of the Official Program. Grab their attention as they grab our Official Program to find their course rooms. Display your company name, logo and booth number on the bins that hold these publications. There are multiple bin locations in high-traffic areas throughout the Mc- Cormick Place West Building. Sponsorship fee: $1,500 WiFi in the Exhibit Hall and Course Rooms Connect with our attendees as they stay connected by sponsoring WiFi in the Exhibit Hall and course rooms. The sponsor will be recognized on signage at McCormick Place West, as well as on the mobile devices using WiFi. Sponsorship fee: $60,000
11 HOTELS Hotel Room Keycards CDS has contracted with 15 hotels which block out more than 7,000 individual rooms that translate to over 15,000 total room nights. Promote your company s participation to the attendees staying at the Midwinter Meeting room block properties by placing your company logo on their hotel room key cards. One sponsor per hotel. Each hotel maintains the right to approve all artwork on keycards. 12 PRINTED MATERIALS Badge Holder Lanyard Show up in attendees photos simply by printing your logo on colorful lanyard fabric. Lanyards are mailed in advance to all pre-registered attendees and distributed to all on-site registrants (exhibiting personnel not included). Sponsorship fee: $22,000 (sponsor provides individually poly-bagged lanyards bulldog clip no swivel option preferred) Materials deadline: October 1 Expected distribution: 25,000 CDS AdPak CDS mails the AdPak to all pre-registered attendees starting February 3. 15 ARTWORK SUBMISSION Send only high-resolution PDF, TIF or EPS files. Do not submit files created using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Publisher. Signage will be printed as CMYK unless spot colors are specified by the sponsor. A color proof must be supplied whenever spot colors are specified. Spot colors printed as CMYK are not guaranteed to match the specified PMS color. Banners, Signs, Meter Panels and Column Wraps Minimum requirements For original artwork (such as logos): 300 dpi resolution at a size of 8 x 10 (higher resolution files are acceptable). For final artwork to be reproduced as provided: 100 dpi resolution at the actual output size for finished products. Include at least.125 bleed on all sides in addition to the dimensions provided. When submitting vector art, be sure to convert all fonts to outlines or paths. Files smaller than 7 MB can be ed to Lisa Girardi at lgirardi@cds.org.
