THE CONCEPT This two storey development, comprises of two and three-bedroom apartments on one level. Access to the vertical floors is from external concreted staircases. The project includes common and private gardens, which will be planted by the developer and private parking for all units. THE LOCATION The project forms part of a family orientated estate, away from the noise of the seaside region, with no through traffic, next to public parks and offering the sports (swimming pools and tennis caurts) entertainment facilities and restaurants of the tourist village, including shops and children s care. Located on the foothill of Ayios Elias church, with its spectacular rocks, it offers, in part, excellent views towards the coastal sea. ACCOMMODATION All units provide fully fitted kitchen (equipment provided at discounted rates upon request), private bathroom, fitted wardrobes, private parking space, spacious, pergolacovered hs etc. Specific units also have a private storeroom, while others have a private garden at either the front of the apartment or the back or on both sides. ARCHITECTURE The architecture is based on original Cypriot designs, with flat roofs at various levels for aesthetic purposes. Other interesting architectural features include walkways and arches. The predominant colour is white, with several earth tones providing a decorative touch. SPECIFICATIONS The project s construction specifications are described in detail in the brochure and with the aim to ensure privacy. Measures include sound insulation in the floors, double insulated common walls between adjacent units, double glazing, TV and telephone lines, as well as provision for airconditioning. Furthermore, all construction is in accordance with anti-earthquake principles and local regulations to provide maximum safety. GARDENS The common gardens will be planted with mature trees and the walkways will be made of colourful pattern concrete or similar material. Specially designed lampposts and other features enhance the overall quality and atmosphere of the development. THE DEVELOPER The developer is a Cypriot property development company with an excellent reputation, known for its professional and innovative conceptual architecture and quality. It was established in 1995 and currently has six other projects under development, in Nicosia, Limassol, Protaras, Pissouri, Larnaca and Paphos. The promoter is the Kypriaki Eteria Akiniton "I Dynamis" Ltd which has already completed and is currently executing large and small-scale projects all over Cyprus. The Company s main shareholders are CLR Financial Services (a public company), the Cyprus Development Bank (government owned), Hellenic Bank (a public company and the third largest Bank in Cyprus) and other serious businessmen with an excellent standing in the local community and construction industry. Protaras Beach Ayios Elias Hill Neapolis Complex: This residential project, located in the Law Courts area of Limassol, consists of six blocks with a total of 80 apartments and a private swimming pool. The first block was delivered in 1999, the second in 2000, the third in 2001 and the fourth in Work is in progress on the remaining blocks. Located in the centre of Nicosia (Hilton area) off Kennedy Avenue. It consists of three blocks with a total of 23 luxury apartments and one villa, all completed in March Laxia Boutique Apartments: This residential project is currently at the construction stage. It consists of 30 apartments in the outskirts of Nicosia, at Laxia village. Possidon Beach Gardens: This development comprises 90 units on a beach property in Meneou village within the Larnaca district. It is marked by, perhaps the most attractive landscaping in Cyprus, which was undertaken by US landscape architects. Buyers have a choice of homes either on the beachfront or around an inland lake.
