32 villa dora [description] CONSTRUCTION Concrete structure with the moved floor panels and walls by the principle confined carriers is particularly resistant to horizontal motion (shaking). The house in separated by the construction to the adjacent (leaning on the north side) and structurally completely independent. The foundations are reinforced concrete on the rock - the rocky soil, which is considered very favorable situation in terms of stability. Entire structure is built in accordance with the latest EU standards (Eurocode 2). Stone walls and light wooden roof is the traditional way of constructing buildings in Dalmatia. It is known that the traditional construction with modernized new technologies and improved materials are the best choice for building. ENERGY EFFICIENCY The physical properties of the object (thermal and sound insulation) are provided to be above-average energy efficiency. The following features provide high-quality thermal and sound insulation: Facade Concrete construction + wall thermal facade with 25cm thermal insulation + topcoat Concrete construction wall + 10 cm + stone facade thermal insulation lining of 20 cm natural stone Horizontal insulation + Roof Concrete panel + 8 cm horizontal insulation on the base plate + 7cm layer floor Wooden roof with 18 cm of thermal insulation (chosen because of the low thermal capacity) Windows Aluminum windows top manufacturers ALU-K, with the insulating glass in two thicknesses, gas-filled + aluminum tilting blinds Heating and cooling Heating and cooling in the house is planned by blowing hot and cold air by VRV system, which is the most energy efficient, and the product is of the top world producer MITSUBISHI. The house is equipped with a fireplace in the living room, as well as underfloor heating in all rooms, which makes it particularly comfortable to stay throughout the year. Hot water preparation Hot water preparation is solved by using solar collectors with reheat as needed, which contributes significantly to the energy efficiency of the building. Embedded system is "low maintenance" system which is extremely important for facilities to be used for vacation, and the product is the top world producer BOSCH. Irrigation Watering of mediterranean gardens is solved with automatic irrigation system.
33 Lighting Lighting in the house is solved with the latest LED technology from renowned European manufacturers DELTALIGHT and CARIBONI. Interior lighting has the ability to regulate the intensity, which makes it particularly energy efficient and 'low cost' with regard to maintenance costs. Exterior lighting is controlled by a sensor light, so that it automatically switches on at the reduction of natural light (at night) and off with the increase in natural light (in the morning). MATERIALS & EQUIPMENT Floor and wall coverings On the inner and outer parts of the building are used stone plates of the highest quality (product categories for public spaces), and the lining of the mosaics in the bathrooms. Wooden flooring multilayer parquet for floor heating, natural wood were placed in the bedrooms. Interior doors Wooden doors of superior quality made of MDF, painted in white with invisible livestock and hinges. Sanitary ware Bathrooms and toilets are equipped with premium designer products and bathroom furniture from renowned European manufacturers HANSGROHE, VITRA, TECE. Mixers are one-handed, installed in the wall, like silent toilet cisterns. Showers are equipped with linear channels in the floor line, with underfloor heating and glass screens, 'rain shower' and manual headset. Electrical equipment Switches and sockets, as well as switching techniques are built from top European manufacturers VIMAR, SCHNEIDER and SCHRACK, latest technology and modern design in accordance with the project. The house contains: Telephone line + Wi-Fi Digital TV system Alarm system to protect home Remote control garage door LED lighting installed in all interior and exterior Furniture and equipment The house is equipped with a premium built-in kitchen with an island with natural stone and equipped with top-quality devices BOSCH. The furniture in the house was designed and custom made, with the latest standards for making superior furniture (6x lacquered MDF, premium 'soft close' chains..) The terraces are equipped with professional tends for protection from sun and rain, and a sense of privacy space, designed for house, with the possibility of regulation and closing. Daily outdoor terrace is also equipped with a large barbecue with sink and outdoor shower.
