3 In order to understand e functional nature of cells, it is imperative to study e regulatory aspects of proteins. Proteomic profiling meods are aimed at quantitatively measuring e differences in protein expression across samples. Additionally, e development of a high-capacity phosphopeptide enrichment cartridge and integrating its use wi e AssayMAP system should decrease overall workflow times while simultaneously increasing reproducibility.
