Served via AdServer? In-Banner Video 336x280 SWF: 80k max; FLV: 2MB max; Container file must be a Flash SWF, Backup GIF or JPG: 40k max video must be saved as FLV, Backup image has to be either a JPG or GIF. This video is intended to play in the 336x280 ad slot. This is a user-initiated ad so it must have a distinct play button or call to action to invite the user to play the video. In Banner video ads must have full play controls built in (Stop/Play/Pause/Rewind/Volume/Mute) Typically these ads also have a layer over a part of the ad with a call to action to go to the client's website for more information. Assets Needed Video file. The video must be saved in Flash Video format (FLV). It should be sized proportionally to play in a 336x280 space. The file weight should not exceed 2MB. Flash SWF file that is set to stream (not embedded) the FLV video in and have the play controls and click layer mentioned above. Flash FLA file that the SWF was published from. All fonts used to create the ad. (unless the fonts are converted to images and brought into the FLA). A backup GIF or JPG version of the ad to serve to users not running Flash on their browser. This obviously would not play the video but should have some call to action to go to the client's site... otherwise the ad will load blank to these users. The web address that the ad should link to. There are no file size limitations, but e-blasts work best if no larger than 900 pixels wide (all image files should be saved at 72 dpi) What are the best days for us to deploy your e-blast? Our experience has shown that the best days to send an e-blast are Tuesdays thru Thursdays. Although these are the best days, we can deploy 3rd Party e-blasts Monday thru Sunday. eblast Traffic Instructions Please submit all e-blast ad materials to Missy Axe at: 1. Subject Line for your e-blast (Call-To-Action) 2. addresses of individuals within your organization who should receive TEST deployment 3. Linking URL (Web address) your e-blast should link to (NOTE: you can provide more than one linking URL - they will be set as hot links within your creative image)

5 ecatalog Submission Specifications Please proof your catalog carefully before submitting it to us. We would prefer that your catalog be saved as one HI-RES PDF (same as print-optimized PDF) with all the catalog pages contained in that one file. Catalog should not exceed 250 pages. We recommend that you separate any spreads in the catalog into single pages within the PDF. If spreads are not split into individual pages, they will appear smaller when the catalog is posted online. PLEASE NOTE: It is important that your catalog be saved as version 1.3 (Acrobat 4 compatible) PDF files, as these files have all artwork flattened. Please be aware that submission of PDF version 1.4 or higher files risk having minor changes to elements on the pages due to flattening. By default, we use the first page/cover of your catalog as the thumbnail image on the ecatalog landing page. We recommend that your catalog cover not have a white background. If you would like a different image used for your catalog cover, then upload a (116x150) 72dpi RGB JPG file of that image along with the PDF file: Traffic Instructions Please go to: and follow the instructions on how to Submit a Web Asset. Once on the ecatalog upload screen, please provide the answers to the following questions in the Notes field. 1. The Catalog name as you would like it listed under the catalog cover on the landing page. 2. The URL the catalog should link to. 3. If you want to enable the lead generation component, the address the leads should be ed to. 4. If you would like us to set up the Table of Contents, please provide the names of the categories you would like listed and the page number that each section/category begins on. We recommend that you keep the Table of Contents simple (no more than 15 links/sections). 5. Also indicate if you want users to be able to a link of your catalog to others. To view examples on our ecatalog Gallery, please go to: When Your Catalog Is Posted: We will send you a link to review and approve your catalog. Once the catalog has been on the site for 24 hours, it will begin to come up in the search results. (revised 05/24/2011)

6 RBI clicktag Instructions Version 2.0 Last Modified Entering a click tag to a.fla file in Flash 9 Actionscript 2 Step 1. You will need to have a.swf,.fla, alternate.gif (or.jpg) and URL for click throughs for each Flash ad. Step 2. Save the.fla in a folder by itself Step 3. Open.fla file in Flash 9 Step 4. Create a new layer by clicking the plus sign in the lower left hand of the top box. This layer is on top of all the other layers. -Look at all the other layers and take note of the ones that are already locked and hidden -Lock and hide all the other layers except the new one so you will not mistakenly edit them.

Paste the following script into the Actions box: on (release) { geturl(clicktag, "_blank"); } This script must read exactly as above. Do not enter any other URL in the Flash ad. Do not embed your company s URL in the Flash ad. Close the Actions box by clicking on the X in the upper right hand corner.

Unlock and unhide the other layers keep the layers that were originally locked and hidden as they were when you first opened the file. Step 11. Save. Publish by going to File : Publish Settings. Step 12. Test your swf to make sure the clicktag has been properly implemented and your ad will click through successfully using the following procedure: 1. Create a folder location on your server and then once the clicktag has been embedded, copy the Flash swf to that folder. 2. Point your web browser to the path for that folder and then append at the end of the folder path the following exactly as worded:?clicktag=http://www.cnn.com 3. The path would then look something like this:

It should launch your Flash image and when you click on it, if the clicktag code is correct, it should navigate to Step 13. This screen allows you to create different states for the button. Click the box labeled up and pull it over to the hit state. Then click scene 1 in top right hand corner to return to the stage. Step 8. Click on button area on the stage, the properties for the button will appear in the top right name the button hit. Make sure you are actually naming the button and not the frame. 3
