Elist Advertiser Indemnity Form (1 page) (this form is ONLY required If animated: maximum of 4 loops/gif format required if the advertiser is providing their own list to deploy to) Flash not allowed Accepted Formats: Advertiser also should submit backup text ad (headline of 7 words maximum, plus text of up to 40 words) Jpg/Jpeg, Gif, PDF, HTML (if providing this format, please submit COMPLETE HTML file). 5 ecatalog Submission Specifications Please proof your catalog carefully before submitting it to us. We would prefer that your catalog be saved as one HI-RES PDF (same as print-optimized PDF) with all the catalog pages contained in that one file. Catalog should not exceed 250 pages. We recommend that you separate any spreads in the catalog into single pages within the PDF. If spreads are not split into individual pages, they will appear smaller when the catalog is posted online. By default, we use the first page/cover of your catalog as the thumbnail image on the ecatalog landing page. We recommend that your catalog cover not have a white background. If you would like a different image used for your catalog cover, then upload a (116x150) 72dpi RGB JPG file of that image along with the PDF. ecatalog Traffic Instructions When you are at the upload screen please type the answers to following questions into the "Notes" field: 1. The Catalog name as you would like it listed under the catalog cover on the landing page. 2. The URL the catalog should link to. 3. If you want to enable the lead generation component, the address the leads should be ed to. 4. If you would like us to set up the Table of Contents, please provide the names of the categories you would like listed and the page number that each section/category begins on. We recommend that you keep the Table of Contents simple (no more than 15 links/sections). 5. Also indicate if you want users to be able to a link of your catalog to others. Once the catalog has been on the site for 24 hours, it will begin to come up in the search results.
