4 Abby Event Resurces has researched the fllwing facilities t ensure that GeTech Envirnmental Engineering has the best chice f lcatins fr its training cnference. All the listed facilities have available rms in large blcks fr at least ne weekend in January. All ffer a discunt rate fr guest rms. Salt Lake City Ramada (Airprt) 5575 W Amelia Earhart Dr, I-80 Exit 113 Newly renvated, with ample meeting space and brightly lit cnference rms. Main Cnventin Hall small cmpared t the ther htels. Easy access fr travelers and ample parking. Easy access fr lading and unlading equipment; caterers prefer this lcatin. The Ramadas cme in at the average price f $90.00 discunted rate per duble guestrm per night. Facility fees are als average, and are listed n the cst summary. Salt Lake City Ramada (Dwntwn) 2455 S. State Street, I-15 & I-80 at State Street Meeting spaces have higher ceilings and better visibility fr attendees, and Main Cnventin Hall is larger than the Airprt Ramada. Als has ample parking and easy access. Very basic but well maintained facilities in keeping with its 3-star designatin. Salt Lake City Hiltn 255 Suth West Temple By far the nicest f the cnference facilities. This htel des have fewer guest rms available, s wuld need t be bked very quickly. The lcatin is nt as easy t access as the Ramadas. There is ample parking. At a discunted duble-ccupancy guest rate f $ per night, this is the mst expensive htel, but it des have the best amenities. Shil Inn 206 Suth West Temple The largest f the cnference facilities, and the htel with the largest blck f guest rms available. Abut the same access and parking as the Hiltn. Guest rms are dated, as are mst f the cnference rms, but the Main Cnventin Hall is well-laid ut, with easy access fr the caterers. The average price per rm is cmparable t the Ramadas, but the facilities fees cme in at abut $ less, making it the least expensive ptin.
