Pest cntrl services and maintenance alerting resident services t husekeeping, sanitatin and trash prblems n an identified, established schedule. Resident services addressing residents with husekeeping prblems thrugh educatin. Residents with nging r unreslved husekeeping, sanitatin r trash prblems addressed thrugh enfrcement f lease.

Use Pesticides Only When Necessary Use pesticides nly when necessary, with preference fr prducts that, while prducing the desired level f effectiveness, pse the least harm t human health and the envirnment, and, as apprpriate, ntifying PHA management befre applicatin.
