The frm f Landwner Ntificatin Letter is attached heret as Exhibit 1. Landwners will be asked t review the letter and an attached infrmatin sheet carefully and cntact TGP via tll-free number r within 15 days f receipt shuld they have cncerns r bjectins. A cntract answering service will receive all initial calls frm landwners respnding t the letter and shall fllw the steps utlined belw. 3 PROGRESS AND PERFORMANCE TRACKER/ISSUES LOG Once spraying peratins cmmence, Cre Team members will field calls frm Operatins supervisin r landwners in their respective divisins and lg infrmatin n a SharePint-hused tracking spreadsheet. Cntractr s Prject Manager will have ready access t the nline tracker and will be ntified immediately fr all items requiring a respnse frm the cntractr. Target respnse time fr fllw-up calls is 24 hurs. Cre Team (divisin-specific) will ntify Field Prperty Rights Specialist abut any calls pertaining t landwner issues. Cntractr s Prject Manager has ultimate respnsibility fr respnding t all calls frm landwners and Operatins supervisin. Cre Team will review the tracker mnthly and liaisn with the Cntractr s Prject Manager t ensure all landwner and cntract perfrmance issues are being addressed, reslved and dcumented in a timely manner. CORE TEAM TGP intends t utilize the Cre Team t manage the IVM Prgram and related prcesses n an nging basis.

Keeping ur right-f-way clear f trees, tall maturing shrubs, and vine species alerts cntractrs and thers t the presence f the undergrund pipeline and related facilities, helping reduce the likelihd f third party damage t facilities. Respnse. A clear right-f-way will help wrkers and equipment respnd quickly in the unlikely event f an emergency. Mnitring. A clear and pen right-f-way allws us t frequently inspect ur pipelines by patrlling them frm the grund r air. These patrls help us meet ur strict standards fr public safety as well as requirements by the U.S. Department f Transprtatin, Pipeline Hazardus Materials Safety Administratin. We wanted yu t knw that beginning n r after { Insert Date}, and cntinuing until December f this year, we ll be cnducting right-f-way maintenance activities in yur area that will invlve the careful applicatin f herbicides t targeted plant species n the right-f-way, where trees, tall maturing shrubs, and vine species are present. We will nt be spraying in areas where there is n large vegetatin r where the grwth f such vegetatin is prevented by ther means, fr example in pastures, lawns, crplands, etc. Als we will nt be spraying in any areas where the envirnmental and ther permits and apprvals we have applied fr are yet t be btained. Here s what yu can expect. In mst instances, ur cntractrs use lw-vlume, backpack-type sprayers t target undesirable wdy plant species and tall weeds t help keep ur right-f-way clear. The sprayers will travel in pick-up trucks, fur-wheel ATV s r farm tractrs. This prcess has several advantages. First, it ultimately prmtes a healthy, meadw-like habitat fr desirable, native plant and wildlife species. Additinally, cmpared t traditinal methds f right-f-way maintenance such as mwing and brush-hgging, this methd reduces the spread f undesirable plant

5 species, minimizes damage t grund-nesting animals. Finally, this methd als helps reduce rutting n the surface f the right-f-way, minimizes emissins and nise frm mwing equipment, and reduces the frequency f right-f-way maintenance activities that culd impact yur prperty in the future. Herbicides have been applied t cntrl vegetatin n rights-f-way in an envirnmentally sund manner fr many years. Our cntractrs use nly herbicides that have been apprved by the Envirnmental Prtectin Agency and { Insert State} fr use in sensitive areas will be used, and may include: { Insert Name f Herbicides}.
