The abve are examples f services that OESN has prvided t clients in the past. Additinal infrmatin n requesting qutatins can be fund n page 5 f this dcument. Service Descriptins Lead Health & Safety Plan A lead Health and Safety Plan is part f any industrial de-leading prject. It is put in place t prvide a hazard free wrkplace and have a lead prtectin prgram t ensure the safety and health f all cmpany emplyees perfrming wrk with lead and site visitrs. Drawings In general drawings can be used as descriptive aids fr the effective delivery f site rientatins fr all staff and visitrs t the site. Emergency Drawings visually illustrate muster pints in case f emergencies, entrance and exits t site. Anther drawing f this nature can illustrate directins t the nearest hspital in the case f emergency. Weather Maps- Weather Maps illustrate weather trends in the area and what cnditins can be expected in a nrmal year. Sampling Plan This drawing will illustrate the lcatins f High vlume samplers Parking Plan- Often times parking can pse a challenge. This plan will illustrate hw visitrs and staff shuld enter and exit the site, and apprpriate parking lcatins. Safety Equipment This drawing will illustrate what and where all the safety related equipment is lcated n the site. This includes, eye wash statins, fire extinguishers, MSDS sheet lcatins, hrns, Decn etc. Zning This drawing will divide the site int the fllwing areas: Cntainment area, Exclusin zne and Cntaminatin zne. 3 Page 3 Service Descriptins Site Safety Orientatins and Sign in s. OESN can prvide safety rientatin and sign in s t all visitrs and staff. Once rientatin has been apprved, visitrs/staff sign ff stating they understand safety and emergency prcedures. Sil Sampling Often times specificatins call fr sil sampling. OESN can perfrm sil samples bth befre the prject starts and after the prject is cmplete. Water Sampling OESN can perfrm water sampling t determine hw waste water frm decntaminatin prcedures shuld be dispsed. Velcity Measurements OESN can take measurements f dwndraft and crss draft velcities inside the cntainment t ensure they are meeting specificatins. Envirnmental Air Mnitring Envirnmental Air mnitring fr Lead and Ttal Suspended particulate can be perfrmed by OESN fr the duratin f the prject using Hi Vlume TSP s. This ensures that lead and TSP emissins frm the prject d nt exceed levels set ut in the prject specificatin. Persnal Air Mnitring OESN is able t set up persnal air samplers fr wrkers. This will illustrate wrker expsure t lead during wrk related activities. Equipment Air Sampling OESN can take air samples f equipment if it is suspected f lead emissins. This can help infrm the brders f exclusin znes and cntaminatin znes and ensure the prper engineering cntrls are in place. Paint and Spent Abrasive Sampling OESN is able t perfrm paint sampling t cnfirm the cncentratin f lead in paint. In additin, spent abrasive can be sampled t determine hw and where the spent abrasive will be dispsed. Sund Level Assessments OESN can perfrm sund level measurements t ensure wrkers are adequately prtected. Sund level assessments can als ensure the prject cntinues withut disruptin t sensitive receptrs nearby. Tlbx Talks OESN is able t prvide daily tl bx talks. Wrkers are t sign ff after each tlbx talk and a recrd f these is t be kept nsite with the final reprt.

4 Service Descriptins Page 4 Incident Reprting OESN is able t dcument all incidents with a reprt and phts. These will be included in the final reprt. Daily Activities Lg OESN is t keep a daily recrd f events, site visitrs, breaks, etc. Daily Quality Assurance /Quality Cntrl OESN is able t perfrm daily site walk thrugh s ensuring: n issues have ccurred, n hles r gaps in the cntainment are present, safety equipment is in its place, the site is free f recgnized hazards etc. A daily and weekly checklist will be maintained and kept with the reprt. OESN will als be bserving the behaviur f wrker with respect t their adherence t decn prcedures etc. Wrker Expsure Assessment t Vapurs / Standard Operating Prcedure Sme vapurs are extremely harmful and emplyers are required t prtect wrkers fr such expsures. OESN is able t perfrm varius types f vapur testing t determine its presence r absence and whether r nt wrker prtectin is adequate. OESN can put in place a standard perating prcedure in the event harmful vapurs are detected. Weather Mnitring Weather data can be used t determine which directin cntaminants are likely t travel in the event f a release frm the cntainment. OESN is able t install a Davis Weather statin and keep track f weather cnditins fr the duratin f the prject. Smart Reprting Slutins Bulky reprts are a waste f resurces and time cnsuming t navigate. OESN aims t prvide the majrity f reprt materials digitally. All infrmatin is easily accessed n a spreadsheet with hyperlinks t all relevant dcuments. Respiratr Fit Testing Wrkers must wear respiratrs t perfrm wrk tasks. OESN can prvide bth qualitative and quantitative fit testing t ensure effective prtectin. Safety Related Training OESN can prvide varius training fr wrkers related t water twer jb sites. Please specify in what type f training yu are interested.
