1 P a g e February, 2013 Citrix Client (PN Agent) Upgrade Citrix Receiver 3.3 OCFS is in the prcess f upgrading the Citrix Server Envirnment, which requires an update t the Citrix Client (PN Agent). The Citrix PN Agent is a prgram that sits n yur desktp and enables yu t access the CONNECTIONS Applicatin. The interface fr this prgram will change. Belw will shw the difference between the current client (Citrix Online Plug-in 11.2) and the new ne t be pushed ut (Citrix Receiver 3.3). Old way f accessing Right click the Citrix Online Plug-in in the system tray (lwer right-hand crner), chse Desktps, select CONNECTIONS Desktp, and yur CONNECTIONS sessin will begin. New Way f accessing Yu can n lnger access yur applicatins via the Citrix Online Plug-in in yur System Tray. 5 P a g e Citrix Receiver 3.3 Truble Shting Change t Pass Thrugh After receiving the update t the Citrix Receiver 3.3, sme users are getting prmpted t lg n t the Citrix Receiver, with the pp-up shwn belw. Under Advanced, click n Online Plug-in Settings Under the Online Plug-in Settings, Click Optins Rather than lgging int that pp-up, users that are n HSEN devices shuld change their Citrix Receiver 3.3 Optins frm Prmpt User t Pass-Thrugh Authenticatin. Here are the steps t cmplete that. Duble click the Citrix Receiver in the system tray (lwer right- hand crner) An Abut Citrix Receiver windw will pp up, and in that windw Click n Advanced In the Optins Windw, click n the drpdwn under Lgn Mde, change the ptin t Pass-Thrugh Authenticatin, and Click OK. Yu als have t click OK n the Abut Citrix Receiver Windw.

Once yu are in that flder, duble click IcnRefresh.bat Old Icn n Desktp (Blue): New Icn in System Tray (Black): After yu duble click IcnRefresh.bat, a black cmmand bx will appear. Click the X t clse the black bx The fllwing steps will fix the icn n yur desktp t be the new Black Icn: G t the fllwing share, by clicking the link belw, while hlding Ctrl.
