PREFERENCE IS GIVEN TO SPONSORS AND RETURNING VENDORS WHEREVER POSSIBLE. EXHIBITORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR PROPERTY BROUGHT TO THE CONFERENCE. SAMPO WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PROPERTY. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR EXHIBIT SPACE WHICH IS CANCELLED UNLESS SAMPO IS SUCCESSFUL IN SELLING THE SPACE TO ANOTHER EXHIBITOR. ALL VENDORS ARE CAUTIONED TO RESERVE EARLY ENOUGH TO ALLOW SUFFICIENT TIME FOR FUNDS TO BE SUBMITTED AND RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE EVENT. THE HOTEL WILL ACCOMMODATE THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF VENDORS SHOWN ON THE FLOOR PLAN SO WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO RESERVE EARLY AND SUBMIT PAYMENT VIA CREDIT CARD. TABLE PERSONNEL REGISTRATION AND CODE OF CONDUCT Table Personnel shall wear badge identification furnished by SAMPO at all times while they are in the exhibit area. SAMPO reserves the right to restrict or limit the number of table representatives. All exhibits must have personnel present during show hours. All exhibitors and their representatives will be held by SAMPO to the highest standards of personal and professional conduct. Exhibitor and its representatives agree not to disturb the activities of other exhibitor representatives, disturb or harass other exhibitors or Event attendees, precipitate the intervention of hotel security or public law enforcement, or in any other way disrupt the smooth operation of the Event. SAMPO reserves the right to determine in its sole judgment when an Exhibitor and/or its representative has violated the standards of conduct, and to take whatever action SAMPO deems necessary to protect the safety of Event attendees, up to and including immediate termination of the Exhibitor s exhibit privileges, expulsion from the Facility, and barring of the Exhibitor from future exhibition with SAMPO.
