2 PREMIUM Exhibitor - $1,200 exhibit for entire convention Exhibit for two days (Thursday, October 16, and Friday, October 17) at a cost of $1,200 and have a unique opportunity to receive special recognition. For being a Premium Exhibitor, you will receive: A free listing on our web site ( with a link to your corporate web page from date of paid registration through December 31, 2014; One six-foot skirted display table with two chairs. This is NOT a booth you may bring only what will fit on top of or directly in front of this table; Attend meals free for two individuals. STANDARD Exhibitor - $600 exhibit one day only Exhibit for one day (either Thursday, October 16 OR Friday, October 17 only 1 day) at a cost of $600.
